I am incredibly unhappy with the way I was treated at your establishment. I brought in a bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago to be pinned and altered. I had read decent reviews about the company and did not think I would have the experience I had. After I was informed my dress was ready for pick up I tried it on and it was still much too big. I got a little nervous thinking that the dress would not be done in time if I had to have it altered a second time but was assured by the sales associate that all would be well. She called the seamstress to come and repin the dress and I waited patiently for a half an hour for her to arrive. When she got there she immediately stated that she wasn’t supposed to come into work until 1230 and she wasn’t happy that she had to be called in at 1030. She told me to go into the dressing room and wait for her. While I was waiting I overheard her complaining to the associate about how she was in a terrible mood because some foreign language speaking man called and woke her up. She then came into the dressing room and started shaking her finger in my face saying«and you were supposed to be here last week to try the dress on» I explained that I did not receive a phone call and had to call myself to find out if the dress was ready. I tried to explain to her the areas in the dress that were still too large and she cut me off and told me not to tell her how to do her job. I felt like my space was being invaded and her shouting made me very uncomfortable to the point I started tearing up. Through the tears I said maybe I should take my business elsewhere I am just wanting my dress to fit. She started grabbing and pinching at the sides of my dress to pin and said that won’t be necessary you will have to pay anyways I might as well fix this. She then tried to give me a very half hearted apology and remind me that she had been woken up by a foreign speaking man(very racist I might add). I left the business feeling very upset and concerned that my dress would be a mess. I got home and cried to my husband about the whole ordeal. When I went to pick up the dress today I was sick to my stomach. I tried the dress on and now it is way to tight in the bust and the sleeves barely fit over my arms. I cannot breath in the dress and have to get it altered elsewhere. I was still forced to pay the $ 70 dollars for a dress that does not fit me. I have never in my life encountered such a rude unprofessional individual. I am a very easy going, happy person and have never been made to feel the way this establishment made me feel. I now have to find another seamstress who can correct these mistakes and have it ready for me within a week. I am hoping that by emailing you, you can make things right. I am flabbergasted that I had to pay for a product that was not to my liking especially after the way I was treated.

First, DONOT be invited to a quinceanera during prom, you will be called a lier. Second, if you pay the extra $ 50 for expedited shipping and it doesn’t show up you will not be reimbursed. They did however get my son a tux to wear… granted it did have trash in the pockets from whoever had worn it before, and the jacket was way to big. Also, think twice about buying a pocket square, because when the tux didn’t show up neither did the pocket square and you will be out that money as well. I will be looking somewhere else for Shoemaker’s prom next year.

The dresses are beautiful… they do not look cheap like some other stores in the area. The staff is very pleasant and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is very elegant and professional. I really enjoyed the experience. The owner said she had the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom and that’s the dress we got !! Thank you for making this experience an awesome one.

Walked in with my parents at 3:15 because the sign on the door said they closed at 6, so we came in and didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable. We just walked in when she basically scooted us out of the door. She was very rude when she said they were closing at 4 and already had someone coming in. She asked if we were gonna buy today & what are budget was VERY loudly, she was just extremely rude! My mom instantly got upset because of the unwelcoming vibe and such a rude tone, I couldn’t say I was going to buy today if I couldn’t find a dress that fit or that I loved. Regardless of the time, she should have welcomed us In, when someone is willing to spend hundreds of dollars your customer service better be A1 and let me tell you, it was not. Terrible, she lost my business, definitely went else where!

These people are amazing and the prices are affordable! I went in for alterations on a gown and it doesn’t need anything but let out some! All of my bridesmaids dresses were super cute and cheap. Hello, I ordered this dress from Florida site unseen via the telephone for my sister’s wedding in March 2016. She said she wanted to go with a local Christian store and dresses should be about $ 100.00, I looked up different reviews from my location and didn’t see anything that threw up red flags or green ones so I went along, hurried and purchased my dress. I asked the sales attendant, how long would it take, can you ship it directly to me, can you add that into the cost since I will not be in Killeen until the wedding. I also informed the sales attendant that I need my dress ASAP, because I will have to get it altered out of state and it will have to fit before I come to Killeen. I gave her my measurements over the phone reluctantly since I had been to a few bridal stores and it was my bust/hip/waist only and was assured this is done all the time and it will be no issues. Well the issues begin when I called a few weeks after the purchase of my dress on Nov 32015 for $ 132.17 and was told all the dresses had to be dipped at the same time so they could match and I had to wait for the rest of the bridal party. If I did not call this information would not have been given to me. Since the other girls still had not found a dress that fit or still had to pay which would cause a delay on my end. I informed Cinderella Couture again that I did not live there my dress was paid for and I could not wait for the rest of the girls. I requested right before Thanksgiving for me and my other sisters dress to be dipped now so that I could get mine ASAP. I was told it would not take long and could be done. During this entire ordeal I was unaware that the company was talking to my sister(the bride) instead of listening to my specific instructions about the dress I purchased and not contacting me. Which brought agitation because I was not in the loop on my own purchase. I called to check the status again and reminded them I needed the dress as soon as possible and could not wait for the rest of the bridesmaids who had a fitting issue since I did not live there and they seem to be continuiously confused. I was extremely stressed and frustrated by the entire ordeal and wished I had went to David’s bridal. Once my dress was ready I did not get a call, I had to call the store because I heard through the grapevine it maybe ready… why cause again no one was talking to me directly about my merhchadise I had already paid for. I asked my other sister to go pick it up she grabbed it on the December 19th and for $ 20 shipped it to me priority. I recieved it on 31 of December 2015 and was heart broken to find out it was an XL! The dress was about a size + some too big… now what. If I hadn’t ask to have it rushed 10 times I would be dealing with this issue right before a wedding. So now in Florida with a dress I can use as a blanket that cost $ 152 with shipping and I have to find a person to cut it all the way down and make it fit. I went to a local bridal store and the seamstress sized it and pinned it and said it will cost $ 150!!! I was like what the heck, she said I have to redo the entire dress(which I already knew) so now I am at $ 302.17 for a 1 time dress. If you live in Killeen your experience maybe much better but if you are out of state just go through a David’s bridal where you can actually walk in a store try on a dress and get alterations in one place without dealing with so much confusion. I would give it one star if I could… especially after recieving a call on 25 Jan 2016 questioning me where I live due to this review(their response)(when Cinderalla Couture has all my information I used to buy the dress is in the store) saying«you could have had enough money to travel here and stay in a hotel buy a couple of meals…(This is not true I am 16 hours away in a car… the nerve). If someone can’t get the initial order correct on a wedding atire for someone’s BIG day and keep me informed why would I spend another dime allowing them to cut it up right before the event? Again you may have a better experience if you live in Killeen. If you are military like me and have bridesmaid out of state please pick a place they all can walk into or it may end up more aggrivating and costly then neccessary.

Two stars is generous. They are very rude and have an attitude and act inconvenienced. I was a bridesmaid in my friend wedding and got my feed from here. I was left waiting in the dressing room for 30 mins alone waiting to get measured for alterations. Only one of us bridesmaids got our straps sewn completely on and the rest were only half way on so we had to pin them the day of!

Went in for a military ball dress 2 weeks before the ball they helped me find the perfect dress and they were very patient with me seeing how I am very picky. I found the dress I wanted and they also did the alterations. I love the dress it fits perfectly and I couldn’t be happier ! Also the staff is very friendly and professional. Truly do recommend this place!

I had a great experience finding my dress. I am getting married in about a month and I was having a hard time finding a dress. I felt welcome and the ladies took their time with me and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. They have a wonderful selection and I would refer any bride to be to find their dress here!

I went to their opening in Killeen on 03÷07÷15 and the store is nice. It’s not a place where you can go browse around and look at dresses; you have to be helped by someone. You can either tell them what you are looking for or they can bring in what they think fits you best. Sheralyn helped me and was very unprofessional and pushy. She was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. She put me in a dressing room and brought dresses in for me to try on. They don’t let you put the dresses on yourself; they have to help you because if you get makeup on it, rip it, or etc., then you have to buy it. To avoid getting makeup on a dress, you have to put a white hairnet over your face. You also are not allowed to take pictures of yourself in the dresses either. As I tried on dresses, she was saying whatever she thought I wanted to hear to make a sale. It was just too much and didn’t sound genuine at all. There was one dress I tried on that I really liked, but when I saw the price, which was $ 850, I told her I wasn’t willing to spend that much on a dress I was going to use for one day. She didn’t like that and tried to sell me packages that would include tuxedos, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. She wanted me to buy a package that was $ 1,600 and when I said no again, that’s when she really got ugly with me and I just left. Ultimately, I went in there with the true intention of buying a dress, but her poor attitude and condescending tone lost my business.

I just love Cinderella Couture, and I love Miss Betty! They take excellent care of the dresses they have in the store. They are all covered in plastic so they don’t get dirty and aren’t missing buttons, sequins, jewels, etc., like most dress shops. There’s nothing that irritates me more than spending so much money on a dress that is disgustingly soiled with makeup or that has missing stones, buttons, or tears. They have strict policies on how to try on dresses, but it’s only to make sure the dress remains soil free from makeup stains, etc. My daughter has purchased two dresses from this store, and I cannot say enough good things about the alterations. They fit her amazing both times.

Great place and customer service for dress alterations. I received my bridesmaids dress for an out of town wedding and it was HUGE! At least 1 full size too big. I took the dress in on the Saturday before I left for the wedding. By Tuesday, I got a call that said my dress was done. They understood that I needed the dress ASAP and they delivered. The dress was also altered perfectly(due to the corset/boning) the dress literally had to be reconstructed! It looked perfect and fit amazingly! Very happy with this store– would go back again.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Ms. Betty was absolutely rude!!! If you larger than a size 5, get ready for her to make you feel horrible. I never had self image issues about being a size 9 until going there. I was told with my budget of $ 200-$ 300, «there might not be anything in your size» as she shook her head while doing my measurements. The gowns are overpriced and she will try to get you with alteration fees, etc. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience of shopping for my senior prom dress turned into a nightmare at that place. DONOTGOTHERE! VERYRUDE! Didn’t want to give any stars, but the website made me :-/

I went here to get alterations on a formal gown I had purchased online for an Army ball. I was in a rush(less than a week out from the wear date) and it had to come in several sizes in some areas, so I was a little nervous leaving the dress with someone I didn’t know, but they were the closest formal gown alterations that would take me on such short notice. When I called to set up the appointment, the young lady who answered was polite and helpful, but the true customer service came when I went in for my fitting appointment. The alterations lady was soooo sweet and made me feel immediately at ease. She talked about different options with me and we decided on the best course of action to get the dress fitted properly in time. When the day of the final fitting came, the alterations were PERFECT and I truly looked like a southern belle in my ball gown. An added bonus was that the alterations lady(whom had never seen my husband) recognized by last name and the fact that I had mentioned Army life that she had seen my husband on the news the night before. Now THAT is paying attention to your customers! I was extremely pleased with the final bill of $ 85, which is about $ 100 less than any other major alteration bill I’ve ever received. I’ll continue to use Cinderella Couture and suggest it to friends as well! This is an awesome small-town shop that would be perfect for your wedding, prom, formal event, or military function needs!
