Clear Creek Rentals

As I have said before they don’t care about what’s right but about how much money they can milk out of innocent people who have the unfortunate luck of having moved in to this place. I would have never moved in here if I hadn’t been short on time finding a place. But I’m sure they will give you every excuse and lie in the book to maintain some sort of good appearance in consumers eyes. Just look at the response message and you’ll see how he blames me for his failures as an landlord. Yeah the only reason he reached out to me is to silence the truth. I had to write a review before he actually contacted me. And he had already reported me to the credit bureau. Good lie though maybe some fool will believe it huh.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These people only care about money. I wish I would have been advised up front about moving here but me and my husband have been very upset with this place. The houses are big, but you will save alot more money going somewhere else. Don’t buy into their act about caring for military. My husband has to speak to the legal dept in Fort Hood about this place and he was told that this company and many other companies here in Killeen go wrong with the soldiers here. If you ever have to fill out a form and give it to the office, make sure that you dont leave anything blank… cross it out and initial and if possible take a picture with your phone, anything that will show that you filled out your portion. The office manager Brenda is a real case. She screwed us over and now we have to pay for a whole months rent and we will already be moved out and this is with PCS orders. They dont help the military, they dont care… go anywhere but here. Trust me. I will be doing more till the day we leave to stop people from moving here. This comapny is just money greedy. Our fridge was out for the whole month of Novemeber and I called daily to ask when it would be replaced. It took them a month. When we moved in the carpet and windows were horrible. We had to clean it ourselves, but they want us to professionally clean the house in order to get our deposit back. We have been advised by Fort Hood Legal that we will probably not see any of our deposit beacuse this company is known for keeping it and not returning a penny. DO NOT… I REPEAT… DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
