Like the food, hate the service! I have only ever gone through the drive through. And the service is you get is very cold and unwelcoming!

What the F@ck were we thinking! This place is freaking gross! The food looks nothing like the pictures! We went across the street to McDonald’s instead and ate in El Pollos parking lot!

Awkward customer service, shady acting cooks. The ones giving good reviews probably have not went inside of this establishment and only used the drive thru. The place is completely filthy including the ladies restroom, which had feces stained in the toilet bowl, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I hope they close soon, this place is a FAIL.

This restaurant is very good the food is very fresh. They have a wide variety of great menu items to choose from. They have great combo menu for adults and kids. Also the have authentic Mexican soda’s and horchata. This restaurant is very clean. They also have a drive through if you need to get a quick bite. I recommend this place 100%.

Ever since I left Arlington I’ve been looking for a replacement for El Pollo Regio. I now have it’s carbon copy! The chicken is exactly as I remember up north. Served exactly the same (a little light on the tortillas though), half chicken with a grilled onion, beans (wrapped exactly the same) and rice. It’s about a dollar more expensive than Regio but hey, I’m just happy to have it again! I don’t think you’re going to find better chicken in Killeen, HH or CC!
