This is an excellent Gamestop I go here often and have never been disappointed, the sales staff alway greets me nicely with a smile, and are always very helpful when I ask about video games, consoles or accessories.

Never judge a book by its cover or previous experiences. So I came to this ‘GameSop’ (Lol the ‘t’ wasn’t lit) Anyway, I came here after a whole day of running around to almost every GameStop around the city. They either had the worst customer service or the lines were just taking forever. As soon as I walked through the door, Gregory greeted me which was a first at any GameStop I’ve went to. I walked out with a new controller & two games. He made my birthday experience a great one. I’ll stop by here again for my gamer needs.

I don’t like any Gamestop. The employees at every location are stuck up, commenting on your purchases 100% of the time. Trade your games in to Amazon, it takes longer but it’s so much better.

Look out for a rude, ignorant. & cocky sales lady named Adrienne. I am going to call the manager & make a formal complaint. If you dont like serving customers, then you shouldnt be on customer service. And btw, walking out without telling your coworker & smoking right outside your business door (less than the federally regulated 50ft) with your nametag on — is sooo rude & tacky.
Otherwise, the store products were fine.
