Very poor. I would not give a star at all. I order from here regularly. Tonight I might go to another pizza place. I ordered online, like always, I know what mod choices I made. Not once did I adjust the cheese amount. Apparently after I spoke to whomever, they said quote «its a lite choice pizza, so we out a little cheese on it.» UM NO! Was also told that it would take another 35 – 40 mins to bring the right pizza. Again NO. The customer service over the phone was poor, I felt like he was incompetent of making manager call and fixing the situation.

The service was poor. When I called for a dilevery, the lady didn’t know the prices for the sides, and it took her awhile to find out. Besides that, the pizza was good and the dilevery man was on time and nice.

These cold hearted fools decided that a customer asking for garlic butter sauce with her pizza and paying for a few extra cups of it does not make her deserving of actually receiving it. I think we can all agree that papa johns redeeming quality is their garlic sauce. I mean come on, it’s certainly not the pizza. It’s definitely not their super rude delivery drivers either. If I didn’t have almost enough reward points for a free pizza I would never buy this garbage again. Damn marketing schemes. Clever bastards.

I get pizza with raw dough. Scrape it off with a knife. It makes a thin crust… I started calling them after I order to let them know about the problem. A few times now. They make sure to make the next pizza well done. It’s usually tough at that point. I am unable to find middle ground. I’m skeptical about ordering from this one again.

Things are usually fine but today a particular driver and her response really pissed me off. If you forget to bring something from the order or «they didn’t put it in the box», you fix it or offer to at a minimum. But as it goes, you’re delivering pizzas for a reason, sorry to say. Last time I order from them as long as I live here. The pizza taste like garbage today, as well. Not that the employees or managers care. the two stars are based on a normal past experience.

I order from this Papa John here & there and they’re great! I did have one problem a while back one time with a unauthorized tip stolen from me and a rude delivery driver expecting my change as there tip, but I’m more watchful since then. Other than that, the delivery people I have gotten are just wonderful!

It’s a Clean Restaurant… the Pizza is very delicious… but the Delivery Drivers Smoke will on Deliveries. That is very unsanitary… that’s why I only give it 3 Stars
