I never have any issues here. The service was fast, they even offered me free ice cream (of course I had to have some) while I waited for my take out order. Everything was perfect.

There always very consistent with their service, very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I go here at least once or twice a week. Their salad bar is always fresh and well stocked, they never run out of food. It is a good price for the quality and service. It is always busy here at lunch so if you don’t like a crowd I would go st off peak times!

Order from here all the time. Always my favorite ((: has great portions. In order to deliver must spend 30 $ but def worth it! 10/​18/​2015

Let me just start with the flaws. I ordered a Banh Mi sandwich, which is popular in the Vietnamese/​Oriental community. Seeing how this wasn’t a Mr. Baguette or a Lee’s sandwich shop, I can understand the lack of resemblance. The portions are small for the price they charge. I had 2 orders of the manager’s special where you get half a sandwich & a side. $ 23 something is what it came out to. Not worth it. & talk about a place looking like they’re about to feed a village. All the tables are literally back to back. With that being said, it’s a kind place & the people working their are helpful & friendly. That’s a bonus for first timers like me. I didn’t exactly enjoy my first experience but I believe in second chances. So look for a future update!

Can you shove more chairs together? People are literally sitting on top of one another. I love the food but this seating arrangements for people couples or families is totally unacceptable. Servers can’t even deliver food to tables without hitting others

I am so turned off by this place. I’ve never been to the actual restaurant to dine in so I can’t speak on the quality of the dine in experience; but, we have a large order delivered to our office weekly for the convenience which usually turns into an inconvenience by how bad they mess up our orders. They can’t put together a correct order to save their lives. On a good week they will mess up atleast 2 parts of the order. We have gotten other people’s orders, the wrong names written on the wrong orders (names from another persons order all together), items missing, items confused. We will order something and then they will say it was never ordered. Almost everytime we order we have to have them come back to bring something that was forgotten or missed. It’s to the point now that we just don’t bother saying anything about the things missed because we know they won’t fix it anyway. I’ve complained and spoke to Managers and apparently the manager put the order together themself today and there were still things that were wrong.

Had a very good dining experience here. The sandwiches are deliciously made for a very reasonable price. The menu had a nice diversity including meatless options. Our Cuban Paninis were very satisfying and the portions were generous. The bread was perfectly toasted and you can really taste the flavors from the toppings. Our meal included chips with a beverage and there was even complimentary soft serve available. Great location and food, hope to be back soon.

Can always count on all the Jason’s to be the same quality of food and service. I got the club royale and it was exactly how I expected it.

Always a pleasant experience. For is great. Lots of options for vegetarians and the staff is nice.

Healthy, filling, fresh, inexpensive and just delicious. It was worth the $ 20 minimum and $ 5 delivery charge.

Always great food. I’ve been coming here for years. My favorite is the reuben sandwich or chicken penne pasta, but everything is good, and the free ice cream is a plus. Just one thing though. If you want to order ahead, phone in your order, because for some reason, online ordering takes forever. I can actually drive down there go in and order and get my food quicker than ordering online.

Two star: as a first time customer I didn’t know they had a full menu bc they only have a few items advertised on a board. Spicy seafood gumbo had a gangly seafood scent which was way too strong for me to eat. Overall was not pleased w this location. Will not be coming back but maybe at another location

Not the size of a six inch sub from sub way, but much better ingredients. I ordered the Club Royale and a cup of chicken nodule. A basic order that taste like a piece of art. The place packed an busy, but the order Arrives at a fair time. Im surprise how clean they keep the place with so many customers. Of course, A bonus is the free ice cream.

I really LOVE this place! They offer healthier options for meats and deli-​meats (i.e., wild salmon, organic, free-​range, etc.), and I LOVE the salad bar.
My favorite thing about this place is the customer service. I’m always greeted happily, they offer assistance getting a table and/​or carrying food (and even offer to help with my toddlers!) — this alone, my friends, is worth 5 stars from this overwhelmed-​mommy of a Unilocaler.
However, I always receive fresh, timely, hot (when it’s supposed to be) food — delicious salads, tasty sandwiches, and yummy soups. The complimentary soft-​serve ice cream cones are always a hit with my tots!

The food is always great, the service not so much. It often seems like the employees at the register are overwhelmed, rushed, or confused.
BUT the salad bar is awesome! My favorite thing to get is the ranchero wrap!

The salad bar is fast & has tons of choices, if you can’t find what you need there you probably shouldn’t be eating salad. Of course it makes total sense of you knew me that I must finish with Ice cream cone, lol

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have better reviews. I eat here at least once or twice a week. I almost always order half a sandwich and salad bar and I’ve tried maybe a third of the sandwiches on the menu so far. The only thing I didn’t care for was the Amy’s Turkey O which was like trying to eat a tube of onion powder. The sandwiches are a great deal, lots of meat, delicious sauces, and the salad bar is phenomenal, lots of choices and most importantly the quality is great. I try to stick with sandwiches I can’t easily make at home and I also stick to sandwiches or potatoes as their pasta dishes don’t entice me.
I appreciate that they try to include more organic and antibiotic free meat and for the variety they offer the price is well worth it.
Lastly the service is pretty consistent. It seems the employees are well managed and have good attitudes without being over the top fake nice (Texas Roadhouse).

Bumping up to 5 stars… as they seem to have listened to their customers and trained the staff to check the salad plates for cleanliness and a nice chilled temp. last 4 times we went, the server did this on their own without being reminded, and clearly was interested in providing us a quality bit of service. Thank you

Went with a friend and we both really enjoyed our meals. Very fresh and a large variety on the salad bar. Reasonably priced. The service was GREAT. We told the cashier we had never been there before and she talked us through everything and came over to check on us at least twice.
However it was FREEZING inside. It was on a cold day and both of us ended up keeping our jackets on because it was so cold. It was also just after «dinner time» and half of the tables still had dirty dishes on them.
