This food truck is one of the best in Central Texas!!! A-must-try and you will not be disappointed. Gloria and her fiancé have put their twist on authentic Korean cuisine and it is definitely palate pleasing. If you’re in the Ft. Hood/Killeen area, find their location on FaceBook or by calling. You can even call ahead and place your order and pick it up. Their friendly customer service and delicious food will keep you coming back!

Was super excited to see the truck at the Air Cav Fall Festival, but was disappointed when they didn’t sell my favorite bulgogi burrito! Haven’t been able to catch them since the fall festival, but I am going to make it a point to track them down once I get back into town.

My absolute favorite food truck! The bulgogi tacos are one of the finest things I have ever eaten. Her kimbap is really good too and you better get it quick because she sells out fast. Very friendly service, quick too. The food is always fresh and hot. Catch her on Fort Hood most days.

The most delicious Korean fusion I’ve tasted. You have to try the bulgogi fries! Their kimchi cucumbers are very tasty too!
They are typically always at Food Truck Friday’s in Killeen (on 2^nd St) 11 – 2.

Found the food truck in the Clear Creek PX parking lot. Had the Bulgogi and Yaki. Not so much your traditional Yaki. Did not enjoy the dumpling wrapper nor the meat filling. The beef Bulgogi wasn’t too bad. It did lack a little bit of Korean flavor. Rice and the cucumber kimchi was the best part. Prices are slightly too high… 1 – 2 bucks per item.
