So I needed to pick up a Cowboys Jersey for my girlfriends new baby boy and decided to stop in and get a manicure and pedicure at this place because the sign out front had a special. Only a basic manicure and pedicure so why not? I originally decided to do gel polish French with a satin color tip. I asked the lady(looked like a teen) and she didn’t know and went to ask a manager. The first lady she asked«popped off» on her and walked out the place. It took her a few times to get an answer from different people and the final answer was«No». My point is there was a display with the what I wanted so why display something that your techs are unable to do. I instantly did not feel like this would be a good experience but I’m already in here. I decide to go a different route and go all black, no gel for ease of removal when I go back to work and to save money because doesn’t feel like I’d be willing to pay for that when I feel I won’t be totally satisfied anyway. Not a large variety of colors both regular and gel or shellac. So now I am sitting in the chair. The lady does not speak English ATALL which I’m okay with its their establishment but when I asked someone to translate to her what I want she looks at me, looks at another client and tries to talk to her about what I’m asking… Hmm what are you doing? Anyway, there was this guy sitting in a chair and I am so serious, I thought he was waiting for someone but BEHOLD!!! He works here! He is doing someone’s pedicure right now and he is dressed in sagging blue jeans, black polo shirt, grayish black hat and converse. WTH?!? How professional is this? Wearing street clothes that doesn’t even look professional. If you blend in with customers at the work place … That is a clue of not being dressed appropriately. So bottom line is this: $ 32 for a manicure and pedicure. They use the plastic coverings on the pedicure bowls. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure I forgot her name but it started with an «L» older lady. She is very abrasive. She grabbed my things and moved them to drying station. She pulled someone’s purse from a chair and relocated it so I could sit and the owner was standing right near the chair looking at polish colors. A couple of the ladies appeared nice others not so much. I would not visit here again.

Hannah did my nails a couple weeks ago with shellac and put a beautiful design on them. They looked just as beautiful two and a half weeks later when I came in to get them redone! There were no chips, flakes, cracks, or broken nails! I just got my nails done again to match my dress for my husband’s Military Ball and they match perfectly with my lace navy blue dress! I highly recommend her, her work is perfect!

This place is great. I’ve been here twice and my nails have lasted a long time . The lady removed my old polish, cleaned up my nails, and then did the new polish. She was very nice and did a fantastic job, though she was a little rough with the cleaning up of my cuticles. Very kind, beautiful nails, and nice shop.
