Always busy. 40 minute wait every time I have come. Only lady I trust is the girl with headband.

This was a terrible experience. We purchased a groupon for 3 eyebrow threadings a few weeks back. This afternoon my wife went along with my sister to redeem 2 of them. The threadist (?) redeemed all 3 and tried to give my wife a sticky note that said good for 1 groupon. When my wife asked for something more official then a scribbled note the woman became obtuse. She said I can refuse you service and don’t have to give you your money back, I don’t have to put up with this. She then turned to another person and refused to acknowledge my wife or sister again. 3 security guards from the mall can confirm this story!
I’m amazed that this kiosk is still in business with an incompetent, rude worker like this.
Do not go here.
I will update this to a 4 str review if my wife gets her money back and a personal apology from the offending party. If you are the business owner I will give you the employees name and date of time when this happened. Out of respect for the rude ladies privacy I don’t want to include it.
