This place is good if you know what to order personally i like to order the satay pork on a stick it utterly great the pork is extremely juicy when brought out that made my stomach rumble in delight and i very much like their spicy tom yum chicken its very filling and a good hearty soup but one down side is the thai tea is a hit or miss

Visited this place for lunch. Food was delicious and the portions are awesome. Menu is vast and accommodates a majority of Thai dishes. Most of the selections can be customized to your liking (huge plus for me), and the staff is very friendly and co-operative. Prices are decent because they match the quality and quantity of the serving sizes you get. Dining in is not bad, interior is not loud and we felt comfortable for the duration. If you’re a first timer here, i recommend the Curry dishes and they make it spicy to your liking. I gave ⁴⁄₅ stars for the limited drink selection but i am a returning customer.

Do not order the Pad Thai if you want an authentic experience. It was gross and they refused to remake and gave us 30% off of food I couldn’t even eat. Would not recommend this place at all.

Today was my first day here and… YUUUUMMMMMMYYYYYYYY
my husband got beef with veggies and rice in a brown sauce (i don’t recall the name of his meal), & I got the MAASAM (I think that’s how you spell it) Curry with noodles. For dessert we shared the sticky rice with custard. My 2 year old had veggie rolls. Not a single complaint about the food. Everything was perfectly seasoned and seamed very fresh.

I dunno why I never stopped by this place. the food is amazing! I had the Pineapple Curry (chicken) and Chicken Satay and boy was it good! I did not get the Thai Hot for the curry but instead no spice. but it was still «warm» to my standards but it was delicious! I’ll have to try it at Thai Hot hehe.
Don’t let the store looks fool you, there is good food in the place and the place is family owned and staffed, they are super friendly and helpful.
Will come here again next time for sure!

My friend and I were starving and we were looking on Unilocal to see any good Thai places and this place was the first place to pop up. We went and we ordered and the food was amazing. The egg rolls were nice and hot. I have some phở and it was awesome. My friend got curry fried rice and it was really good. I thought it was going to be weird but it was tasty. Definitely would go again. Probably my favorite Thai place in Killeen so far!

It took over 20 minutes for them to take our order. And after waiting for 40 minutes and still not recieving a drink. We decided it was best to leave. We watched as the waitress refilled others drink all around us. Even watched as a couple came in after us and leave before we even got drinks. WILL NOT be returning.

Go to Thai place. So fresh and always yummy. My daughters love the chicken egg rolls & shrimp fried rice. I always get green chicken curry & chicken satay. Never a disappointment !

The best Thai place I’ve had by far my boyfriend and I enjoy the peaceful environment also the Thai tea is also sooooooooo delicious we will most definitely be going again when we come back to Killeen. The food is so fresh and cooked to perfection all I have to say is excellent job to the cooks and the people who serve the food best experience ever!!!

Not sure what all the hype is about. My food tastes similar to instant ramen. The building is very dark and gloomy and the staff made me feel as though you’re bothering them.

I’ve eaten here one before. I didn’t review them then because I wasn’t impressed. However, they have some really good Thai iced tea, so I stopped in to grab a cup (large with minimum ice). The menu states one price (3.25…which is a lot for drink btw) but he was going to charge me $ 5.00 because I wanted less ice. I understand that less ice = more tea, but $ 1.75!!! It wasn’t unlimited refills, or a larger cup.
I politely cancelled the request for the Thai tea and left the restaurant. I won’t be back and given the appearance (it was dark inside at 15:00, there were no customers present & I had to double check that they were open), I’d think they’d be more inclined to render better service especially regarding something like this.

For the first time trying Thai I must admit its awesome! My husband and I came all the way from Austin to try. worth the trip.
The menu is huge so you should take some time to look through to make sure u know what u want before ordering.
I had Thai chow mein #59 on the menu it was delish. lots of veggies. broccoli, cabbage, carrots and i chose chicken as my meat!
My husband chose Pad Ped (Roast Duck) spicy but he loved it!
We will visit again!

Sorry to say this place is not as good as most of these reviews say. The quality does not match the price. I’m not saying the food was bad or not eatible, just saying I had better Thai at the mall or at a street vendor. And who am I to judge you say? Let’s just say I’ve spent 16 years in the business and competed in professional culinary competitions, and won. The service was great on the other hand, they were willing to explain what you were looking at as they should and would even suggest things on the menu based on your own palette. Overall very disappointed, overrated and won’t be coming back.

So I tried this place to see what the hype was about. Customer service was the best part of my visit to Tham Rab Thai. They’re extremely nice here. I ordered the Thai Tea and Yen Ta Fo. The Thai Tea was bomb. Just the right amount of goodness. I assume every place makes their Yen Ta Fo differently. This place uses broccoli and beef. I’ve never seen that put in this bowl. I didn’t like that part but everything else was decent. It’s safe to say that this is a popular place. A lot of soldiers come in to dine. It was a full house today around noon. I’ll be coming back.

This place is the worst! I will never go again! My boyfriend told the server he did not like spicy food & wanted his food as mild as possible, it was SPICY, EVEN FOR ME! They refused to redo the dish & also refused to take it off the ticket.
We had crab rangoons that were nasty & when we asked for more sauce the guy refused to give more sauce but said to use our egg roll sauce smh
This place is ridiculous! My egg rolls r over done & last time I came my noodles were way over cooked & slimy! Idk y I came back again, I just had faith it might be better.
How u refuse to redo a dish that is too spicy for a customer is beyond me ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS RICE! THE CHEAPEST THING IN THE WORLD! Cheap!

Some of the best Thai food in central Texas! Found this place on Unilocal when I went to meet my fiancé for lunch, since he works in Killeen and loves Thai food. It is delicious from the appetizers to the main courses I’ve never been disappointed! We even took my parents there when they were down.
They’ve got varying levels of hot from nothing to thai hot. I always get the mild and it’s got just the right amount of heat. Mike goes back and forth between mild or medium. This is a guy who used to eat atomic wings all the time and the mild will make him sweat. He loves it, but he pays for it! We make excuses to go back here again and again!
