Cupcakes taste great not too sweet just right. Taste like whatever flavor you choose. We got 4 cupcakes(smores, peanut butter, minion, cookies n cream) a chocolate covered oversized pretzel & a regular milkshake for 21 $ so u decide if it’s expensive or not but its worth it.

Fantastic service that went well with the piña colada cupcakes. Cool me in love. My only suggestion would be lemon and key lime flavors with middle filling injections. Yum!

Love this place :) cupcakes are very moist and they have a nice selection! I got the«Sundae» vanilla cupcake with coconut shavings. It’s filled with goulash and I think the frosting was buttermilk? It was my first time so they also gave me a «Mother of Pearl» cupcake as well. Cream cheese frosting-so yummy!

I’ve really got to quit coming here. I’ll gain all the weight in the world with those sweet potato cheesecakes!

I usually make my own cupcakes from scratch not boxed. This tastes like something I could get at the grocery store. I will say the cupcakes I did have the frosting was not super sweet so I will give them that however the cake is very dry and tastes like boxed cake mix, just blah try adding some coffee to your cupcakes and letting them cook a couple minutes less.

I thought I had already Unilocaled this business… I’ve only had their cupcakes… on several occasions. :-) My toddlers love to go and pick out a cupcake. DELICIOUS, fresh, decadent, and ginormous — I love their cupcakes. I inquired about ordering a cake for my daughter’s birthday(I think I asked a week or two in advance), but I needed to give them more notice(apparently). I love the ice cream parlor concept — great local business.

Can’t properly review unfortunately as Unilocal has inaccurate hours of business posted. Disappointing to make a special trip out to the store only for it to be closed.

I love this place. The customer service is good and the desserts are delicious. They offer a card that you get stamped at each visit, and once you fill it up, then you get a free cupcake or scoop of ice-cream. They will double stamp it on rainy days. I ordered my son’s cake from here and everyone loved it.

went there today. it was kinda hard to find cause there were no obvious signs. walked in and i thought it was quaint. large ice cream bar on the left and sweets on the right. the lady that helped was really really nice and helpful. took my 12 cupcakes, 4 pretzel sticks, and 4 covered pretzels back. the cupcakes were really good. the pretzel sticks were okay but i think it needs a little more choco/sprinkles. everything looked appetizing but it wasn’t the best that i had. nothing felt new about the cupcakes but it was still good. for $ 2 – 4 for each cupcake is kinda expensive but depending on how desperate you are to get cupcakes, it could/not be worth it.

This place is totally amazing. They had so many different flavors of cupcakes. And the best part the people working there was so helpful in describing what each cupcake was. My friend and I both had our kids with us and they had a blast. This is our new weekend treat for the kids! The cupcakes are a little pricey but honestly it’s reasonable because it’s so darn delicious. I took 3 cupcakes home. The OMG peanut butter. The cherry(my son didn’t leave me any to taste) and the banana split with strawberry(delicious). And we had ice cream at the shop. All together it cost me about 12, not bad for 3 big cupcakes and ice cream.

I had the fruit loop and orange cream sickle cupcakes. They were delicious. The Cookie Monster and minion cupcakes were awesome. They are not just talented at looks but also at flavor. Extremely friendly and patient wait while you take in everything they have to offer.

Like other viewers, I passed by the bakery a lot going to and from work. Because of the reviews and bc Lily’s Cakes were not closer, I decided to stop in to get some cupcakes. Let’s just say the cupcakes were too expensive and not worth the expense. The cupcakes were VERY dry and the icing was WAYY too sweet! I can definitely make a better cupcake at home! Man, I was so disappointed! I wanted this place to be soo good, being that it was closer to my house. Let down! 1-star for customer service and 1-star for effort.

(This was an unfinished review from my visit over this past summer, still felt it needed to be published for the sake of anyone viewing this page) After passing by this shop a few times while here visiting home I decided to drop in with my sister and son. We were greeted by a faint…“hello”. The cashier whispered from under her breath as she was with a customer. There were a few people there but most, if not all, were still undecided on what to purchase. Excited to see a place that specializes in cupcakes we made our way to the display case to look. «Ooooo! Ahhhhh!» They looked so pretty and delicious! After the cashier helped the customer I asked about one of the cupcakes. She was very informative with her description which was helpful but she had this way of talking that didn’t make me feel welcomed. As if my inquiry was burdening. I let a customer go ahead of me while I was still deciding and I decided to take a snap shot of the cupcakes display to put as review for Unilocal.«Um…excuse me ma’am. Did you just take a picture? Ma’am! DIDYOUTAKE A PICTURE?! What are you taking pictures for?», the cashier said interrupting her conversation with her customer. Well, least she said ma’am…“I do reviews and was trying to take pictures for my blog and for a Unilocal review”, I replied back. «We’ll talk about your reviews later…» she scolded and returned to her customer. Um, okay… I looked around to see if there was a «no pictures» sign that I might’ve overlooked but found none. Oh well… So I decided to pick 7 random cupcakes out and proceeded to check out. She asked me about my review and I told her about my blog… she didn’t seem interested until I told her I had 5k subscribers whom I like to show new things to try. She seemed a little nicer after that and told me that she has to be careful because some people take pictures for the wrong reasons. Picture of cupcakes for the wrong reason? If they wanted to steal your recipe a rival bakery would just buy the product and ask questions about whats inside(they even have a list of cupcakes detailing the ingredients, so that’s a dead giveaway for rivals to take recipes). I only say this knowingly, because I worked at an up and coming bakery in Hawaii for well over a year. We never scolded people for taking pictures and plenty of rival bakers would come in and buy our donuts to try anyways… So not sure what a picture would’ve done. And to be honest, I wouldn’t see a rival wanting to steal the recipes from this bakery anyways… Bought my cupcakes. $ 16 for 7 small cupcakes. Wished her a good day and left. Back home we split the cupcakes into quarters to try. Not what I was expecting. Although some had a nice texture, most tasted like artificial candy flavoring. Nothing tasted fresh. The strawberry cupcake tasted like a Slurpee and the icing was like melting into some weird form. The banana cupcake tasted like those banana’s in Runts candy. The cookies and cream was satisfying but nothing special. Most cupcakes just didn’t make me yearn for more. No one in my house cared to finish any of the cupcakes… not even my 3 year old. I do not even feel like doing a blog review anymore. I did not feel these cupcakes were worth the price. They look great, really! But they taste so generic and artificial. Nothing special nor amazing. And for the price you pay… you, as the consumer, should be getting better quality cupcakes. –1 star for taste. –1 star for price. The small cupcakes I got were not worth $ 2.29/cupcake. –1 star for customer service. I just came from working at a bakery in Hawaii. I know how hard getting up at 2 in the morning to bake can be but you should always put effort into making your customers feel welcomed and wanting to come back. They have potential and a great looking shop so I left them the two with hopes for improvement.

I am a sweet addict. I was craving cupcakes and I was trying to find some comparable to Hokulani’s Bake Shop in Hawaii which are the best cupcakes ever! The Sweet Factory is conveniently located and has a variety of flavors. The lady that was working at the counter was very friendly and the cupcakes were fantastic. I will definitely be goind back there again.

Great cupcakes and great service. I love the shop, it’s just so cute. It really makes you understand the whole cupcake craze. :) Flavors like banana, too chocolate, red velvet, marble, and hawaiian await you. Not to mention all the chocolate treats and whoopie pies. This is my new go-to place for birthday treats.
