Despite some bad reviews from last year, yet knowing the owners responded to each one, we decided to try Rosello’s. Living in Killingworth for 7 years, I have seen this place turn over many times. Rosello’s has nailed it. We ordered a pizza, wings, antipasti and 2 sandwiches. Everything was fresh and wonderful! And that’s coming from people who are from the New York area! Great job! We will order often. And the DELIVERY is awesome!

I ordered mozzarella sticks which were okay. The kids enjoyed, I thought they lacked flavor. The pizza was also bland and very stingy on the cheese. The salad was a half full bowl of lettuce and a glob of slimy old carrots and 2 olives, for $ 6 bucks. Worst of all, the bread that came with the salad had white hard spots and fuzzy black mold! When I called I was told I could get a replacement or $ back on the salad. Needless to say I didn’t want food from there again. When I came back a week later to pick up my daughter from the dance studio next door, they refused to give me back my salad refund! I sum, tasteless, spoiled, stale, and moldy food and horrible customer service. Stay far away!

Can’t believe we actually have a great pizza joint in town that has good wings. This along with delivery in a rural area makes it top notch. Definitely a go-to place for good eats and convenience.

I really wished I liked this place more. Having any kind of delivery in Killingworth is awesome. Last week, we bought a pizza and it took so long, I had to leave for my meeting first and reheat it after I returned. No big deal. My husband and daughter said it was fine. We all have colds now and didn’t feel like cooking or going out, so I thought I’d give it another shot. I ordered eggplant Parmesan, a meatball sub, and another pizza. It arrived in 40 minutes, piping hot, from a very nice, clean-cut, and friendly delivery person. But it was just typical pizza place food. More cheese than eggplant. A salad that is mostly iceberg lettuce, and the pizza like the one I reheated is too greasy for my taste. I hate having to soak up pizza grease with a paper towel. My husband ate the meatball sub but said nothing about it. So, when I have the energy to drive, I will still go to Moravela’s — never had a greasy pizza there and their salads are filled with olives, roasted red peppers, etc. But, if I want delivery, I’ll still call Rosello’s. It’s not bad, just nothing special. I thank Ron R. of Rosello’s for his reply. I did miss the olives in my salad but I was mistaken on the variety of lettuce. I’m glad you are reading the reviews so that you know what people like and don’t like. I always try to support Killingworth businesses when I can and I wish you success.

Just awful. I was really hoping that this new pizza place, which is taking over from a business that made horrible pizza, would be an improvement and a place where I would frequently buy dinner for my family on busy evenings. Particularly since they deliver — an important feature for me and my family. Unfortunately, I think it is probably worse than its predecessor. I ordered a medium pizza from them this afternoon with one side order of chicken fingers. The lady who answered the phone who took my order said my food would be delivered in 40 minutes. After an hour came and went, I called back and encountered a busy signal. Several calls later, they answered the phone and immediately hung up on me — I presume accidentally. I called back, somehow got through, and was put on eternal hold, only to be hung up on again. Several calls later, I got through again, and after being put on hold again, I was told it was«on its way.» An hour and 35 minutes after I ordered my food, from a place less than five minutes from my house, it was delivered to my home. It was burned. My daughter and her friends ate the chicken fingers, which were of course quite cold. It’s worth noting I suppose that later that evening I received a call from someone apologizing for what was clearly a frustrating experience. A nice gesture, but one that does little to compensate for the many irritations. Too bad; we needed this place to be better than this.
