Delicious ice creams and great selection but the service sucks! These girls we closing down half an hour Early and were anything but happy to help ! We wanted a shake and we were told they don’t make shakes that late! It’s not a hard job, we will tip if you are nice

LOVELOVELOVE their homemade ice cream! We try to stop by Sunday’s after church to try new and unexpected flavors like avocado, horchata, or prune. They have the classic flavors as well as bars and lots of other options. This is a must visit if your in KC although it is easy to miss, it’s near the movie theater just down from the pizza place.

Awesome service! Best fruit«paletas» in the Monterey county region! I recommend this place to everyone at king city or nearby.

Super fresh homemade ice cream in many exciting, delicious flavors! I tried pine nut and cactus and holy smokes — best ice cream between SF and LA! The pine but was full of nuts and the cactus was smooth and fresh. Service was also fantastic: while trying samples, one of the two gentlemen working there told us about how much he enjoys trying to make new delicious flavors. He revealed that he had a new flavor in the back that wasn’t quite ready yet but he brought out a sample for us to try anyway: avocado. Goodness gracious! You could see the chunks of avocado right in the ice cream!

All the ice cream and ice cream bars are home made with natural ingredients. The owners and master ice cream maker Jose are super friendly and the service is 5 stars. Flavors range from traditional chocolate to mango, coconut, cactus, watermelon, corn and abaca do ice cream. A MUST for those needing an ice cream fix!

Wow! So many fresh made in house ice creams is amazing. Who would have thought cheese ice cream could be good. Mix it with coffee it is amazing. If you are in King City and you do not come here, you are just plain old wrong! Don’t miss this ice cream parlor! Come here!!! You are silly if you don’t try it once!!! Yummmmmmm… Good.

I’m enjoying banana ice cream as I write this review. I love their ice cream! Everything is made with real and fresh ingredients and tastes great. One of my favorites is coconut, which has bits of actual coconut in it. My wife loves the dried plum ice cream. They have a lot of good flavors, and it’s pretty cheap. Highly recommended.

Wow! Locally made ice cream in crazy flavors. My rule is to try something new every time it appears. Sweet potato, mamey, cheese, curdled milk, Grandma’s chocolate, corn. It’s all good. Plus all kinds of Popsicles and fresh fruit desserts. Do yourself a favor and skip the huero ice cream shops and try something new.

This is a nice paleteria that serves homemade ice cream and popscicles. I had the Guava and it was sweet, seedy and delicious. However it was not creamy. My only gripe is that this one is more expensive compared to Soledad and Salinas.

This a local business and all of their ice creams are made fresh everyday. They have very unique flavors. If you are an ice cream fan, this is the place to check out or add it to your list of things to check out. I met the owner and he is a really nice guy and whats more important, they provide great customer service!

This is a great little Mexican ice-cream shop in downtown King City making both«regular» scoopable ice cream and paletas, which are like popsicles in concept and appearance. They make their own ice cream and have great range and quality of flavours. There are some of these scattered throughout California and it is nice to find one right here in the centre of the Salinas Valley, esp. since there’s not much between Salinas and Paso Robles otherwise.

Excellent frozen desserts. These are treats not to be missed. I don’t think they can be found elsewhere in California(or US?). The chocolate covered banana is wonderful. The corn ice cream is dripping with flavor. So many unusual flavors and so little time. You will not be sorry.

The ice cream was delicious! The flavors were unusual. The fresh coconut ice cream was one of the best ice creams I’ve EVER had. The strawberry and cream was a close second. I wanted to pack up gallons and gallons of every flavor to take home and share with my friends. I only wish King City wasn’t sooooo far away(it’s about 2 hours south of where I live). Regardless, I have made detours, even in the rain, to stop at this shop. Well worth the effort. A large, very large, one scoop is $ 2, two scoops, $ 3. Not only the best ice cream in California, but also the best price!

Great little place for homemade ice cream and paletas. We thought it was cheap too – $ 2 for good sized scoop/cup. We talked to the guy who runs it and he makes the ice cream too. Definitely would go back if we return to town.

This nondescript Mexican ice cream/popsicle shop in downtown King City has a dozen or so ice cream choices. For $ 2 you get a single scoop in a pre-fab waffle cone. I got the strawberry with pine nuts, which was creamy and delicious! The brilliant orange rum-raisin was also tempting. Free tastes. As for the paletas, not so good. At least not the strawberry-chocolate-nut popsicle that my friend tried. The strawberry ice was almost flavorless and the chocolate coating was waxy and gross. My friend spat all the nasty chocolate bits into the planter outside the shop.(Sorry.) I almost got the choco-covered banana — good thing I resisted, it was almost certainly that tasteless chocolate wax business. Stick to the ice cream!
