Great cheese and great service! Tim the owner was super nice! He even gave us a tour of the property, letting us meet the animals :-) The Tangy Salsa cheese was our favorite! We showed up at 6:30pm after calling on a Sunday! It was a highlight of the day trip! Tim even grabbed some pears for us to take on the trip! It was a great stop on the DC Bachata Tour! 7th annual DC Bachata & Latin Music Festival AUG6−10th

This place is amazing. You must call prior to arrival so they can bring out the cheese for the tasting. Driving around the finger lake region. We decided to come here. We passed some cheese tasting place but one just have a refrigerator outside his main door with cheese. We found this maroon barn farm houses along the fields and a big chance you would miss the place once you’re driving fast… Well. We were met by a dog actually, then the owner came out and welcomed us in his farm. He’s cheese products were all made by his wife… The varieties of their probiotic cheese with the crackers were fulfilling the taste was excellent … Prices are very reasonable. He was efficient and friendly in a way that he even gave us discounts. After purchasing some of their products. He took us to dexter. There I was able to pet Dexter. And had the best time with my friends in his Farm. ‘Twas a very lovely experience.

I’ve been visiting fingerlakes last few years and wineries were most of my itinerary here. This place was just random option for my friend who doesn’t drink wines. Has nice small property, must call 30 mins ahead because they have to take out the cheese from refrigerator to make the best tasting experience. Welcomed by friendly dogs and owner. Nice tasting room has 6 chairs for small group to seat and to enjoy tasting. Loved their probiotic, grass feed cow milk cheese. He explained all the details and very personal. I could see he really enjoys his job. They don’t do this to make big business, just for enjoyment and time. He took us to show all the cows and property, it was such a good experiences. All the dexter cows here just eat grasses not corns or other stuffs. They look all healthy and happy. Actually this cheese place was one of the best experience I had in fingerlake. It’s small cheese place but makes one of the best and fresh cheese around this area. They also has online shop, plan to purchase more for the future. A definite place I would be going back to.

I was in the Finger Lakes region for a little R&R and I must say that this place was the highlight of my trip. Tim and Rose were so sweet, taking there time to show us around their farm and do some cheese tastings. They specialize in making probiotic cheese. I already knew all about the health benefits of Kefir, which is a bit like liquid yogurt, but with more beneficial bacteria(some people argue that it is better for you too), but I was unaware that someone has found a way to make kefir into hard cheeses. The Kefir Blue and Kefir Wine Companion were my two favorites, though there were a few milder cheeses for those with different preferences(I like my cheese strong). Be sure to call first, since they are a mom and pop operation. This is a working dairy farm and these folks work hard from morning to night, so be patient. I’m planning to go back once more before we leave since I’ve already gone through half my stash(and that’s with a little self control).
