We were buyers and Rick Heller was the selling agent on a recent real estate transaction and let me tell you he did his customer (the seller) no favors. Every call goes to voicemail and it takes as many as 2 days for him to return those voicemail’s. As the buyer, I dreaded having a question. His responses were sometimes snippy and his attitude was overall aloof (seemed he didn’t care whether the property sold or not). He didn’t even show up for closing to represent his customer when he had 3 wks notice of the date. This ended up being a long drawn out process and it didn’t need to be.
