I needed my car inspected last minute before going on a road trip from Philadelphia to New Orleans. I’m last minute with almost everything I do. Nothing like getting stuff done under pressure. I called 6 different shops in King Of Prussia where I work around 2:00 in the afternoon to see who could squeeze me in. 5 shops said it’s too late in the day to get that done as most shops close around 5 – 6 o’clock. Understandable… But not Branca’s. He told me to come in as soon as possible and assured me he’d have me done by closing, assuming there where no complications. Dropped off my truck at 2:45, it was finished at 4:00. Branca’s saved the day. This will now be my go to spot for all vehicle related issues. They made me feel like my problem was their problem. Great customer service is still out there.

Worst place ever. RIP OFF.
Went there because my brakes were making noise. he insisted I needed all new brake pads and all new roaders… for a low low price of $ 480. I told him that I was going to come and pick it up and go somewhere else — so he only charged me an hour of work, to do nothing.
I took it somewhere else, who said I had ONE bad brake pad and for $ 26 I got it fixed.
Will never go back.

We took our cars to Tigger for inspection a few years ago and have come back again and again. He’s accommodating, trustworthy, and does a great job. I know sometimes going to a garage instead of a chain seems like it costs more, but just this morning Tigger quoted me less than J**** L*** on a routine maintenance job, and I would have been willing to pay more to take it to him, anyway. He communicates what needs to be done and what is recommended to be done without pressuring you, but also won’t budge on matters of safety or legal requirements, which I wouldn’t expect. He’s stayed late a couple times and even come and picked me up (granted, only a mile away) when my car was done once since my husband wouldn’t have been home until after the shop had been closed for a couple hours. We originally tried Branca’s to support local business, but it’s Tigger’s work and commitment that keep us coming back.

Awesome and honest. Tig seems to care for your car recommending whats needed and nothing that is not. Quick service, makes an effort to squeeze you in and anyone with a monster truck style vega getrs an «A» in my book. I ignored co-​workers recommendations for this place and I think it cost me a lot of cash, I would not go elsewhere now, Brancas is the place for me!

In response to ShIba D’s review, every customer is given an estimate BEFORE work is performed and is NEVER PRESSURED. We take pride in our work and 100% complete customer satisfaction PERIOD! We charge by flat rate hour like every other shop in the industry. It is an INSULT to even compare us to a chain store that we’ve rescued SO MANY customers from. I go above AND beyond for EVERY customer that steps through our doors. We educate our customers on the service their car needs and thoroughly explain any and all repairs that are made. This customer made no attempt to show his dissatisfaction and had every opportunity to take his car else where. Thank you, Tigger (Owner)

Great service at a great price! At 9:00am I dropped off a tire that had a hole in it and needed a plug, I came back during my lunch break at it was ready to go. Tig is very friendly. Having just moved from Florida I was looking for a good mechanic and I think I just found one. Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repair.
