i bought a $ 160 foot bath here and it had been used. gross. took it back and got another one that didn’t look used at first glance. when i brought it home and took it out the box there were hairs stuck to the inside and a ring of foot residue inside the tub. also bought a handheld mister spray pump that had scratches on the side, was chipped on the bottom, and had weird residue on the top after i unscrewed it. when i called to complain the«manager» said he’d «definitely give me a refund or exchange». duh– i knew that! what he needed to do was compensate me with a gift certificate or SOMETHING for the incomprehensibly bad unexceptable experience i had! conclusion: brookstones sell ghetto ass crap that is made to look and sound fancy and sold with a 300% markup for gullible people like me. never again!

It seems like this store in the King of Prussia Mall is in a different location every year. This is in the«newer”/bigger section of the mall(not sure if they also have one in the old section, but it seems to be smaller and in a stranger location than in years past. It was nice that the staff wasn’t all over you when Christmas shopping, but not a whole lot of Christmas shopping ideas this time(although having the Bucky Balls displayed prominently was a good idea).
