Bad service experience trying to buy bulk lego boxes(after an internet search, I learned that managers sometimes are willing to sell them, that is the original boxes used to fill the pick a brick bins). Older lady manager was not eager to oblige and significantly dampened my interest in acquiring them for my son, who had loved Legos and had hoped to build larger scale structures using loose bricks but who now has lost interest. Tried on several visits and I think she made it clear that my business was not welcome. Don’t be a sucker and avoid the impulse buy when you are at the store as you can find the sets cheaper elsewhere(you fill certainly full retail list price in-store), for example on AMAZON. Staff usually friendly. Wide selection to view. Attracts its share of the wealthy clientele who live in the area.

This is a great place to shop for LEGO, whether you’re parent looking for sets for a son or daughter, a seasoned builder/collector, or just getting started on LEGO building. I personally collect and build sets for myself, and often stop by the store just to look at some fully assembled sets. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and are always willing to help you find something to fit your collection. If you’re a parent and bring your child, they will absolutely love it here. They have tables set up with bricks so they can play and build something from imagination, as well as eye-level displays with various assembled sets. The store often holds events just for kids, including free small set give-aways, and monthly model builds. As a collector, I enjoy coming here for the biggest and more exclusive sets. Some might argue that the prices are not much less than what can be found in retail stores like Target. Although that may be true for most sets, they are never more than MSRP, and as for the larger collector’s sets, I can never find them any cheaper anywhere else. For instance, I’ve never seen the LEGO Simpsons House for less than $ 200 anywhere else. And if you’re a LEGOVIP member, you can get more perks, such as 5−10% cash back in rewards(depending on the month), and early access to some exclusive sets. Finally, I need to address the wall of bricks. If you’re a custom builder, or just need some extra bricks to complement your LEGO town or collection, you can just reach in and grab some. Fill a container with whatever mixture of bricks you want and purchase. That simple. If you’re a smart shopper, you’ll always consider finding certain sets cheaper elsewhere, but this is always the BEST place to start your LEGO experience.

LOVETHISSTORE! Yes it is just a store that sells Lego sets and individual bricks via the pick-a-brick wall, but you will find sets you won’t find any where else. The prices are the same as most retailers(except Toys R Us, which is much higher than the LEGO Store). It is the selection that has every other LEGO retailer beat hands down. Plus you can join the VIP club and get points to spend in the store or . The customer service is excellent and all the employees are super nice and friendly(great with kids and adults). Only downfall of this store is the recent change to their cash register area. They added a 3rd register(which I have yet to see them use) and it takes up valuable counter space to put your purchases. No room to put the big sets or a pile of sets. What were they thinking?

This is just a store that sells Legos. I was sadly hoping for something more. Activities, building shops, etc. It’s a store not an amusement place. Their prices don’t seem any better than you would find any other place. What you are going to find here is selection. Lots of kits you won’t find any other place than online. The other perk is seeing all the assembled Lego kits.

Short review: The LEGO Store is cool! Long review: This LEGO store location is situated in the King of Prussia mall, and offers a very wide selection(all?) of LEGO products, which covers the usual LEGO sets, loose pieces, franchise kits(«Star Wars» LEGOs, etc.) and the robotics sets. Additionally, this particular location provides LEGO workshops for children about once a month. For a small fee, children build some small items with assistance and walk away with a T-shirt, and sometimes a small bag of LEGOs. The only downside is that the LEGOs aren’t cheap, though I don’t know that items sold at this store are any more expensive than they’d be anywhere else.
