Long story, short: it took me an hour to pick up an order I placed online for«in store pick up». Long story, long: I received the email telling me that my item was available for pick up, printed said email and headed to the store 2 hours later. I followed the«in store pick up» directions on the sign just inside the store, proceeded to the kiosk in the back of the store, scanned my bar code and the waiting began. I waited at the kiosk for 20 minutes with no help in sight. I actually found the 2 items I ordered in the aisles right near the kiosk so grabbed them myself, along with a gift bag and card near the registers. Even though I was only 1 of 2 people in line to checkout, it took another 15 minutes to buy the card and bag while 4 other customers lined up behind me, then they had me wait in line at customer service in order to scan my receipt for the«in store pick up» items. It took another 20 minutes for the 3 people in front of me to be helped. The woman in front of me said«its always like this, but it’s such a necessity, isn’t it?» NOPE, NOTFORME! When I got to the desk, the very rude female manager(working on Friday, 11÷6÷15 at 12:40pm) told me that my items had just been brought up to customer service for pick up. So I obviously should have just waited the 45 minutes at the kiosk in the back of the store for my items? SOVERYCONVENIENT! I truly feel horrible for the mothers and other customers who think that its a necessity to shop at this store.

What a pleasant store! Every worker I ran into was smiling and every single one asked me if I needed help or if I was finding everything ok. Workers were out actually working– stocking shelves and helping customers! Some stores you see employees hanging around talking or smoking cigarettes out front(yuck!). Not here. We came to set up a registry. The woman who set us up was so nice. My only complaint was that their gift bags suck. You get one diaper and a bunch of advertisements. How about a bottle or something more useful? One male employee approached my husband and helped us pick out a stroller, car seat, and helped us find an adapter kit. He also helped us pick a rock and play. Really nice, helpful and genuine guy! The employees here are very nice and knowledgable. I love this store. A+ for customer service. However, when I left, I had to use the restroom. I accidentally walked into the nursing room and was shocked to find there were several pungent deodorizers in there. That stuff is toxic to infants, BRU! Please remove them from the nursing room! If the place is clean, you shouldn’t need toxic scents to cover up bad smells. Also, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The first stall, the door wouldn’t close right. Second stall had pee all over the seat and floor. Third stall had no toilet paper. And unfortunately I didn’t realize until I already went. Ugh. Please check/clean/stock the bathrooms more frequently.

I have to say my wife and I went there last week to register for our baby and it was so overwhelming! We did not know the first thing to do, we were borderline going to have a nervous breakdown. Then this women who works there Victoria who has 5 children of her own rescued us! She took us down every isle and explained and recommended. I’m telling you by the end we wanted to give her a huge hug. There are not many people who go above and beyond but she did it with a smile. I own my own business and I can appreciate true customer service. I am sure once you get exposed to someone who has treated you that way every thing else will be a disappointment. Victoria thank you so much for being genuine, kind and so helpful. I hope they read this and give her some props!

This review is for the babies r us at King of Prussia. Never go here! Was avoiding using them as our baby registry as the products look cheap here and the same products cost more here than at Target or Amazon. Also it smells like plastic in this store which is what most of the stuff is made out of here(not sure that’s good for your newborn). I specialty ordered a glider and ottoman here since it was comfy and under $ 800. Well a week before I’m due it comes in(get ready for an 8 – 10 week waiting period) and they ordered the wrong color! How is teal similar to grey at all? Totally incompetent staff here; was told I’d get an email once they specialty ordered it the first time and never received that. The second time they went to order it same thing– was told I’d get an email to confirm it was the right color and nothing. Also this location never has what I’m looking for and you have to order what you want online, so you miss being able to use half their in store coupons and discounts. Website is super clunky to use and seems to be held up by old programming under the hood. And any time you register here it becomes public so when you google your name your registry comes up and they told me they have no way to remove that option. Do yourself a favor and register at Target, Amazon, anywhere but here!

I like this toys r us because it has a Babies r us within it. It’s very easy to shop for multiple things here and close to the mall. They have a huge selection of everything and their employees are always very helpful. My one complaint is their return policy.

Decent location. They didn’t have everything in stock that my friend needed to get so that was a little annoying. Otherwise the store was neat and check out was quick.

I like this location as it’s a combination Toys R Us and a Babies R Us, which makes it nice for one stop shopping. I hate coming here with kids in tow as it’s a PITA to get them out of there! It’s a big store with lots of things for little ones to look at and tell Mommy or Daddy that they want. In general, I always find inventory levels to be well stocked here and product displays to be neat and orderly. The staff has always been very friendly and have been helpful the few times that I’ve needed it. If you need to get something off of a baby registry, it’s easy to walk up to one of the self-serve kiosks and type in the persons name and state and get a double-sided printout of either everything on their wish list or just the items that still need to be purchase. The printout tells you exactly where to find the items and will also tell you if they have low or no stock. You can certainly find some good deals here if you are paying attention to their ads. If you have a coupon, they seem to be willing to always scan the barcode off of my phone rather than me having to print it out. Bathrooms are big and clean and of course provide changing tables and a chair for another one to sit at(and strap in if you’d like) while you are changing the baby.

This location is a Toys R US/Babies R US combo. Every time I have visited this store it is well kempt, organized and service is friendly. I like a good sale, however this may not be the best place to go if your looking for a sale or clearance items but i would come back and recommend to a friend or family member as well.
