I’ll give 5 stars for their customer service. Employees are very nice and eager to help. The two stars is for the personalization on two toys I received. I am so disappointed and embarrassed to have to give these toys as presents, but I’m on my way to the party and have no choice. I told them to be as creative as they want, they had free range. They took it to mean plane, drab, and boring. The personalization is what makes the gift so special. And for one of the toys they used black for the lettering in the name. Black! Really, for a kid?!! Black with a few white dots. Uuuugh! Collegeville learning express does a much better job, but make sure you give them plenty of time in advance.

This a pretty good toy store as far as toy selection. They have regular plastic toys and some better made wooden toys(Melissa and Doug and the like). They also do a nice job of wrapping things if you’re on your way to a birthday party. The store is often a bit disheveled even for a toy store. Not sure if this is due to the high volume of young browsers that you get at a toy store in the mall or due to lazy employees. But it’s noticeably consistent. Word to the wise: They have toys kids can play with which can be nice unless your kid won’t leave when you’re ready to leave. They’re in the back left as you enter the store so if you’re hoping for a quick exit, avoid that area.
