I purchased a mens wallet for myself thinking it will probably be the last wallet i will ever need to buy again. I’m a guy, i just want to buy a quality product and have it last and not fall apart. Within a year the «leather» started to peel. I took it back to the store and they wanted me to pay to have it sent away to get it cleaned and fixed. I don’t want it fixed. i want a new wallet that wont peel. I though this place was suppose to sell quality leather items. The staff was nice, they just seemed like they had zero authority when it came to making decisions on returns or exchanges.

I love their jewelry but just wish that the bangles were slightly smaller and rings came smaller than a size 6. This location is right across from Neiman Marcus and has a beautiful store layout accompanied by excellent customer service.

I didn’t mind this particular coach store until the chuckle head sales associate who goes by the name E****beth made an f’ed up assumption and asked if this purchase was for a woman by the name of Jennifer? Unfortunately this purchase was not for Jennifer, I do not know Jennifer and she asked if in front of my fiancé who is not named Jennifer. Obviously the rest of my evening was hell.

I was on a mission to replace my new calendar agenda with a new one for this year. Unfortunately for me, they don’t carry them in the store, but I was sent back to an associate at the register who was able to place the order for me and have it shipped to my house at no charge! Goof that I am, I brought a page from my old agenda so we could figure out the correct size that I needed!
It was quick, painless, and I was on my way. Highly recommend!
