Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They didn’t have an intermediate SUV like they define as a Ford Escape, Jeep Liberty, etc. They had a Nissan Juke which was clearly too small so I was forced to upgrade to a Ford Explorer for $ 9/​day extra. Rented for not even two days for a highway drive, went over the car with a fine tooth comb before I returned it, but since it was after they closed I had to use the drop box which I was nervous about because I knew it gave them opportunity to do whatever they wanted. The manager Candace says there is a scratch on the passenger door that I am responsible for. They tried filing a claim with my insurance and have hit my credit card for $ 600. I took pictures of the «scratch» which is clearly old from its darker color (Fresh hairline scratches are light in color) and you need a magnifying glass to see it. My credit card company is behind me disputing it. Stay away from this place.

I give Enterprise in King of Prussia Pa. no stars. Most of the time they have no cars, even if you make a reservation there is no guarantee you will get any thing close to what you request. Most important they will rip you off if you do not get their insurance. The girl that works there goes over the car real quick when you first rent it. After you bring it back she will find something to put a claim against your primary Insurance. BEWARE

Good place! Good selection of vehicles. Nice customer service. I started renting from them since I moved from Chicago to KOP (roughly 7 – 8 months ago). I’ve rented from them, a total of about 8 times now. Always great communication, good cars and good prices. Nicole, Kevin, Ryan. all are pretty professional in their dealings and accommodating. Thumbs up to this place.
