Went on Black Friday and witnessed a store that needed to provide better customer service. So the experience went well with our associate but at the end of the transaction, someone else was ringing us up. An item that I wanted to purchase didn’t have a tag but exact same item RIGHTNEXTTOIT did…(it was a belt btw). But they couldn’t do that — the manager started to intervene and had to call another store or go «research» the item. He said this could«take a long time» indicating that he would not like to do it. Again didn’t feel friendly. Luckily the item was somehow found after a while, though I’m not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that I told my wife aloud we would just leave and not purchase any of the items. of note, it was quite a substantial purchase that I was willing to leave behind if they weren’t going to accommodate me.
