I live very close to the store and visit on a regular basis. Over the past 4 months the service at this Establishment has become sub standard. The food is alright but that only if they get it right. I just wasted 30 minutes of my time in the drive thru. The food was not ready so I had to pull up and wait(which happens almost every time now) I received half of my order at the window and waited for the other half. A large fry is half full, a drink lid wasn’t closed so I spilt it all over me, and when I asked about getting my fries topped off, I get attitude. A manager came out and asked if I «checked the bottom of the bag» in an annoyed sarcastic voice then went back inside to get the fries. By the time she came back, I had been waiting almost 30 minutes. 5 miles away my son starts crying because they forgot the apples in his happy meal, his favorite part! I wouldn’t complain but this has happened to us several times before and enough is enough. Avoid this place until they can get their shit together. Try the chic fillet across the street. It’s more expensive but they are nice as hell there.

All I wanted was a hashbrown. My husband went out at 12 am for a snack. Imagine my disappointment when he came home with a bag full of mcd’s minus a hashbrown. I thought he forgot! But when I checked the receipt, I saw that he ordered one. How hard is it to put a hashbrown in a bag? It’s not like it was a busy lunch rush… it was 12am with no one in the restaurant and just one car behind him in the drive through. Very disappointed! Almost mad enough to drive back. Almost. Then I remembered it’s McDonalds and who expects accurate service anyway. You get what you pay for.

Every time I come here its usually at night and the drive thru line is going out of the lot. Recently I was at the front of the line. I was with two other very hungry people so our order came to about $ 17. We got to the speaker and no one was talking, so we kept saying«hello» and a very annoyed voice answered and took out order. We pulled up to the window and I held out my arm with the money but this young girl with blond and black braids was talking to this over weight manager and didn’t pay us any mind. My friend said«excuse me» she looked over with a rude face and snatched it from me. The manager was busy yelling and laughing about something that happened earlier so he clearly wasn’t going to help her with the orders. 20 minutes pass and the line grows and we still haven’t received our food. When we got our food, we were waiting for two drinks that she forgot. 10 more minutes we got our drinks(uncarbonated sprite and a very warm hi-c).The annoyed and rude girl never said I’m sorry, the overweight manager never apologized. They just kept talking to each other, no wonder why the line is so long at night. From now on, I’ll go to the Norristown McDonalds.

I’ve never had a horrible experience at McDonalds until this location. We pulled through the drive thru and just ordered a #2 and value sweet tea. Then we politely asked the man for another seperate order when the manager tuned in and angrily told us «no we’re not having that tonight. Nope, ain’t about to do no seperate order.»… When we approached the window we questioned him for the reason we couldn’t and his answer was«You see that line! Naaah, we’re too busy to be making seperate orders and food.» Basically he was trying to avoid serving us additional food from the menu so the staff wouldn’t have to cook. Confused we paid our order and left to find another McDonalds. I’m never coming back here again.

This location needs some serious work. My daughter couldn’t find one single clean table to seat. There’s a lot of flies near the drink dispensers, floor is dirty and the employees doesn’t seem to care. They keep yelling each other and you barely understand what they say when they talk to you. Last time I came through the drive-thru and while our food was put next to the window to be given to us(after a long wait) the lady went to the bathroom and we had to wait for her to come back. I don’t think we’re ever stopping by again.

Decent location, fairly busy but it’s McDonald’s so. The staff is above average and usually get my order correct. Not always friendly and i typically get hit on in the drive through from multiple guys who work there …

This was the dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been in. The soda station was full of fruit flies from spilled sugary soda. The ice tea containers looked like they had not seen a cloth in years. I literally did not eat my food as the flies sceeved me out. The ketchup dispenser was disgusting. This location seriously needs a power wash and a thorough clean. The manager was to busy talking on his phone and discussing mangos. I for one will never go back here.

I usually come late at night after work… the night crew via drive thru always quick and friendly and great! Just came and sat inside for lunch. The day manager is a complete jerk with zero customer service skills. The girl at the counter put the order in as a la carte instead of meals. Ok, no problem… people make mistakes. She calls him over and he basically tried to tell me I owe him MORE money. Huh?! No… I didn’t get the value meal price so if anything you owe me money. Then served me a burger with a bun toasted to the point it was black inside. Also overheard him telling the staff don’t ask if the meal is med or large… just tell the customer it’s a large. I get the up sell, but he’s not good with customers or managing the staff. Stick with the night crew. Day manager = bad experience.

Sometimes I am amazed about how hard it is for people to do a good job at these fast food places. The staff here gave me excellent service, better than I have ever had at any McDonalds. And this was while the cash register was malfunctioning.

This is my nearest McDonald’s. We get drive-through lunch OR sit-in breakfast about once a week. I haven’t experienced the slowness or the rudeness that others are reporting. Being regulars, the staff all know us, talk to our kids and our orders only rarely have had mistakes. If we do get a mistake, its been fixed promptly without issue. Miss Victoria at the drive-thru has a dazzling smile that I always appreciate. Miss Natalie at the front counter is fast, efficient and can handle a lot at a time. She keeps things moving. Mr. Joe in the dining area is ALWAYS on top our needs, holding a door open for all the kiddos, bringing a high-chair for the little one, helping a bigger kid to get ice in his cup. I do have to say that I’ve seen the manager get angry with employees if they are new or make a mistake and he’s been quite mean to them in front of other employees and customers. Other than that, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is hot and good. I’ve never gotten cold food or frozen hash-browns.

Food, prices and facilities: All standard McDonald’s. Service: Though occasionally friendly and quick, more often I find it lackluster and slow. Order fulfillment is hit-or-miss. The drive-through experience is similar, but more than once has involved missing major items, such as coffees, etc., as well as smaller items like straws, jelly for bagels, etc. The parking lot itself is not bad, but through-traffic can be downright scary.

I went here with a few co-workers after work for breakfast(Working third shift yay. not). Friends hot 2 breakfast platters, seemed like they enjoyed it. Myself, I got a sausage egg and cheese andd a few strands of hair hanging out of my sandwich. I asked for another one, and literally they came back out with a sandwich in 20 seconds. Not sure if it was the same one or new one. I didn’t eat it. Other then that, location isn’t a bad area, They open at 5:30am for breakfast for you early guys.

The service here is pretty slow at times but it is generally friendly. There is plenty of parking but it gets very crowded after 9:30 and 11:30 Masses at MDP. Lunch can also get busy and you might have to wait a little, even at the drive-thru. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, and the fries are hot and crispy. If you need a McDonald’s fix and are in KoP, then this is it.

This McDonald’s is a freestanding one on Henderson Road. Depending on the direction you’re driving from, it’s either convenient or a total pain in the arse to get into. Parking isn’t bad. I sometimes pick up greasy breakfast sandwiches here(in bulk) as I never run into any issues here. Usually it isn’t crowded for breakfast, but I heard the lunch rush can impact service. There’s a drive-thru if you’re in a hurry, and if not, take advantage of their free wireless access to see how bad your 401K is doing.
