I’ve never met a Chick Fil A I didn’t like. Maybe the airport ones are the greatest, but still pretty awesome. I’ve been to the new stand alone one a few times and I like the amount of seating. The food quality is consistent with all others. The staff is outstanding. The only gripe I have is the parking lot. You either have to park in the back or park in the front and get stuck in the drive-​thru traffic. But can’t knock a star off for that gripe. I suppose if I’m going to eat some nuggets, I can use the extra steps walking to my car. :)

Avoid this place if you like being late during your lunch break at work. The drive thru and inside dining line is 20 miles long. People need to stop eating here.

This is easily the slowest way to get fast food. Don’t worry about a good time to come because you will always wait. I have tried the drive through once waiting a total of 35 minutes from the time I pulled up to the moment I received my food. Thinking that maybe the drive through was just not the best way I tried going inside and was treated to the lightning fast service time of 20 minutes. I would ask the management to look into ways of improving these times as they now mean I go out of my way just to go to a different location when I want chik fil a.

Clean store, polite a speedy staff. Five stars for them. Only one star for location, as you can only turn right out of the parking lot, and o wanted to go the other way. Also, possibly the dryest Chick-​fil-​a nuggets I have ever eaten.

Great Fried chicken, not open Sundays. Never had a problem with the wait– but only ever been through the drive through.
One time my order total was $ 6.66, and they got upset because I wouldn’t change it.

Visited this establishment on a holiday so it was relatively slow and quiet. The place is clean and well-​maintained. Food is freshly made. I loved the chicken sandwiches. Cheese fries were done just right. Table service was a plus. Staff was friendly. My daughter loved how kid-​friendly it was. The was a play area and her kids’meal was well thought out. For fast food, it’s a bargain experience. Unfortunately, after posting this review, found a hair and a smeared grease on my sandwich. :(

Still SO SLOW! Why?
Please hire someone that can figure out why this is the case. Make the kids behind the counter CARE about customer service like the branches do.
The other’s local (Trooper, Norristown, and Glenn Mills) and are not slow and they have someone that walks around and offers refills when you are seated at your table.
Please.

I just order salad and I literally got one strawberry 3 blueberry and 4 little pieces of Apple, chicken was cold and it was las then half of the chicken breast! My husband bought wrap and it was literally 5inc. I’m really disappointed!

The manager at this place is so effing annoying. She won’t stop talking! Made me want to get up and eat in my car. Somebody get her to stop before I run my car into on coming traffic!

I’ll start out by saying that I love chick fil a, but this one is terribly slow. Stop through at the drive through today and it took almost 30 min, would’ve been better off going to a sit down restaurant. To add to it, the lady in front of me was offered her food for free while I received nothing, not even an apology for the wait. I will not be going back to this chick fil a, head over to the mall for a chick fil a that is better to its customers and offers the service I’ve come to expect from this great franchise. Also like to add that my survey coupon has been denied here as well, all other chick fil a’s allow you to take the value of the coupon and apply it to your meal, i.e. nuggets instead of a sandwich, but not this one. They certainly need a change here.

This review is only for the food, as I have no experience with the restaurant itself or its employees. Hubs brought home some today, and I honestly never had Chick-fil-A’s food. Had their waffle fries and a spicy chicken sandwich. I thought it was surprisingly good! The chicken was tasty and crunchy, the bread seemed fresh and wow, my lettuce was actually green and crunchy! That’s like a rare experience when ordering from a fast food restaurant.
We also had some chicken tenders which were also tasty. Real chicken, yay!
Will definitely go back here if I have a fast food craving!

We do love Chick-​Fil-​A and this one serves the same quality food as any other Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve been to with friendly service. There is also a nice indoor play area for the kids. The downside here is the location and parking can be a bit difficult. The other thing I don’t like is it’s basically a free for all when you walk in to get in line to order. I would prefer a single line and then you go to the next available register. I unfortunately picked the wrong line on my most recent visit and was frustrated by the slow service.

Worst Chick-​fil-​a I’ve been to. The employees are like robots set on very slow. My food was over cooked and soggy. It’s a brand new location, so maybe the service will get better after they shake the kinks, but for now avoid this place.

Yes, 2 Chick-fil-A’s in King of Prussia is absolutely necessary. Especially when the other one is located in the KOP Mall food court and parking is a pain in the behind just to get my nuggets, waffle fries, and lemonade. It’s really quite a trek.
Perhaps my favorite Chick-​Fil-​A location yet! I went opening day today and the employees were extremely organized, friendly, and helpful. The lines were very long (with two drive-​thru lanes) but it moved quickly. Rarely do I eat inside a CFA as I’m always on the go but when I did today, I was asked if I wanted a refill for my lemonade, if they could clear anything on the table away, and a basket full of mints was offered to me.
I left also with a souvenir Chick-​fil-​A cow. Awesome!
