Digging the Shake Shack. In the parking lot of the mall so no problems getting a place to park. Great burger and fries. Also have beer and wine so for dinner you can grab a drink. Reasonably priced for good food

My first time although previously I did get a shake for my kid which spilled into my lap and center console… Not as good as the hype. While a decent burger, it was small and cold. Fries were ok, milk shake was very good. Overall it’s was a decent but run of the mill experience.

I just feel compelled to write a review after such an amazing experience at Shake Shack.
OK, so we have a 19 month old daughter and she loves the music at Shake Shack so much that she can’t stop herself from dancing. And she really gets into it. She moves her arms. Her stuffed animal is often her dance partner, although sometimes she gets me into dancing with her. We had bought her a monkey stuffed animal and hadn’t gotten it out of the box yet, and an employee lent us a knife to open it for her. I told that person about my daughter and how Shake Shack was her favorite restaurant. A few minutes later, he comes back and gives my daughter a free sundae. She’s overjoyed.
OK, let’s get to the food. I love that Shake Shack has new shakes every week. My wife and I love trying them. They’re often unique/​distinctive. This past week it was cherry strudel, which was excellent!
Of course, Shake Shack has the best burgers. That’s just a given. They use higher quality meat /​a different part of the cow than many other chains use and it shows. Their toppings /​burgers variations are all just on point.
Their new chicken sandwich is outstanding. How do they excel there too? It’s too much.
My wife and I ordered their new type of bacon cheese burger and their chicken sandwich. Our daughter who is at times a picky eater loved both of them as well. We were so happy with them that we ended up getting two more of them.
And throughout all this outstanding food, Shake Shack played excellent music. Their music team just does a great job.
And did I mention the décor? I just like something about it feels homey yet out of the house — a second home. It’s just well done.
And of course our 19 month old daughter was dancing to the music the whole time, entertaining us.

Not very impressed. After hearing about shake shack forever I was wondering what all the hype was. So finally I went to a location. First off the young lady working here was a mess. I asked her what’s good and her reply was nothing. I asked her is the shroom burger good she said I don’t like it. What is the shake sauce, she replied it’s nasty. Lol worst company ambassador ever! So after all that, I got a shroom burger. It was gross. Filled with hot fake cheese wiz that pops in your face and burns it. Not a fan. Never again.

Not bad, but Five guys was better for the price. The fries don’t compare and can’t compete with five guys. Clean restaurant and good and friendly service. I would go again but not go out of my way.
Did not try the dessert.

Shake shack is definitely hyped up. Its good but not the best burgers out there and it is overpriced for the portion sizes. This is a different location from where I usually go to and my only compliant was how stale and cold the fries were. As I was ordering, I saw the fries in the bin and it did look pretty old. I was hoping they would serve us fresh new ones. But it was obvious that its from that pile because it was a cold disappointment.

I have a shake stack and cheese fries. The shake stake a a burger and mushroom with cheese and tomatoes. It was delish! The best part for me was the cheese oozing out of the middle of the sandwich. It was very filing. Especially when eating with the fries. It was a little pricey but I think it was worth it.

Mushroom burgers are banging. Always hot and fresh. I love this particular SS because they hire ex-​cons from the New Leash on Life program! Way to go!

I work in the area and decided to finally stop in and order to go. Upon entering, I wanted to check out the menu. Some of the cashiers seemed really eager to ring me up, even though I stated 3 times I was not ready yet. Once I figured out what I wanted to order Kenyon rang me up and he was great. Very nice and professional. I ordered the single shack burger and French fries. Total $ 8.78 my only complaint is they don’t have fried onions :(overall, I shall return. It’s not the best burger I ever had… But it’s not that bad either!

Stopped today for a quick bite since I was in the area. I was excited to try it as I have never been here before.
The service was very good, the staff was very pleasant and assisted me as soon as I walked in. I ordered the shackburger and the smokeshack burger with fries. The shackburger was my favorite, the potato bun was perfectly toasted and the tomato and lettuce were very fresh. I did enjoy the spice of the smokeshack burger, but the bacon wasn’t cooked enough. It was a bit on the chewy side. Both burgers were seared to perfection and had a nice crust on them. I wish they burgers included pickles. The fries were just meh, I could take them or leave them. I love an ice cold soda with a burger, only time I’ll drink a soda. Unfortunately the soda machine was broken.
Overall it was a good lunch, the burgers were the highlight of the meal. I would return just for that reason alone. Solid 4 stars.

Great service! Everyone is always so friendly and attentive. I’ve only once had an issue with parking. Even so, there are several lots next door.
Overall there’s definitely a little variation in food quality – sometimes the burgers are great and other times they’re just meh. I’ve never personally tried the shroom burger, but all my vegetarian friends love it! The chicken shack is super tasty, but I tend to get sick of it if I order one two visits in a row. The shack burger is just the best. Ask for extra shack sauce on the side and use the backside of a spoon to spread it.
Oh and the shakes – SO GOOD. Try the flavor of the week.

OK Shake Shack, I came back. And things are definitely better. I came at 11am, the opening. Yeah, got up too early. So the service was fast. I ordered the new shake smoke burger or whatever and it actually tasted good! It had flavor! The meat was cooked nicely, it was juicy. There were hot peppers in it and bacon and a lovely smoky flavor somewhere. The fries have been changed from tiny skinny and greasy to crinkle cut, resulting in a more crispy, less oily version. Better than the previous version by a lot. Drop the prices and add a few more tastier toppings and Shake Shack could be even better.

It’s hard to get a table during busy times but you can just get it to go and eat them in the car (because you know you’re going to order more than one).

Shake Shack burger, fries with cheese on the side, and a milkshake for dessert! Love this place. It can be very loud inside but they have outdoor seating available. I’ve spent many nice evenings sitting outside enjoying my food and listening to the funky music. My order has always been correct and I’ve always been able to snag a seat. This past Saturday evening it was very crowded but my friend and I shared a picnic table with another group of friends. I always leave satisfied and not overly full and uncomfortable. I see myself going a lot more now that the weather is getting warmer.

Great to visit a SS outside of NYC with no huge lines. Food tastes the same and is consistently good. Chicken sandwich is really good.

I first experienced shake shack at a Boston, Ma location years back. I was very impressed because I’m a sucka for burger joints and shake shack burgers are juicy and delicious. Unlike 5 guys burger which is extra greasy with no flavor whatsoever. So I was happy to know they got a few in PA since I’ve relocated. My favorite burger is the smokeshack burger. I’ve always ordered my burgers along with cheese fries and a custom custard. Perfect combo. The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 stars because every time I go they somehow always messes up my orders. Wrong drinks or burgers every single time I’d visit.

I really cannot say I am impressed.
My daughter has been raving about them for the longest time. So I finally stopped and decided to get a burger. I got a small cheeseburger, french fries, and a soda. And it came to $ 12. And the thing is it really wasn’t that good. The burger was OK. The french fries were nothing to get excited about. And the soda is a soda.
I’m not telling you not to go. I’m just saying I won’t be going back. At those prices it really is not worth it. I think a lot of the hype is simply hype.

Updated my Shake Shack KOP review and giving them another star.
For one major reason, they decided to ditch the thin cut fries they were serving when they originally opened to the crinkle cut fries that Shake Shack usually known for. Huge difference! So glad that made that change.
And the new chicken sandwiches? The best.
Now it’s hard to decide between the chicken sandwiches and the burgers.

Really really good. I have an obsession for mushrooms on my food. The fact that this place has a mushroom burger makes me love it even more. Everything here is delicious! The fries, shakes and burgers taste amazing! The downside is that I find the prices a little high. Also if you’re a health conscious person, this place is pretty fatty. I can easily reach my daily calorie limit from one meal (burger, fries and shake) at this place! If I’m eating here I’ll probably be eating
Light for the rest of the day. The burgers here are too good to not come back too. I can see myself dropping by from time to time!

Loved the shakes! My sister normally is not a fan of shakes but loved the strawberry shake that she had. It didn’t have an artificial flavour that you would usually find.
Burgers were good. Not the best I have had but it was juicy. Wish we had one in Canada!

D’un aspect général extérieur moderne+, ce restaurant de hamburger et hotdog attire la foule aux heures de pointe pour un repas très rapide. Sa décoration intérieure est tout aussi moderniste que l’extérieur mais c’ est tout ce que je lui trouve d’intéressant…Si passer la commande né présente pas de grosses difficultés, il vous reste ensuite à attendre prendre patience, debout qui plus est, que votre plat soit prêt. Enfin quand cela arrive vous êtes étonné de voir un burger qui fait la moitié de ceux que vous avez l’habitude de prendre dans d’autres restaurants aux alentours immédiats! A la décharge du restaurant, leur «smoke shake» est goûteux. Quant au hotdog, il faut le voir pour le croire: petit, saucisse coupée en deux alors qu’elle est déjà petite (cela explique peut être pourquoi il y a de l’attente…). Avec deux sodas, cela fait 14 $ (hors TIP)! C’est à dire un rapport qualité coût très cher si on le compare avec le voisinage où l’on a la quantité, la qualité et la tranquillité…Je voulais le tester maintenant je vais l’éviter!
