Fantastic customer service! I had recently put a down payment on a mattress there when I found the same mattress online at
for cheaper and with free shipping. They price matched my mattress and gave me the free shipping as well. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks, guys!

My wife and I recently went to Sleepy’s in search of our first mattress. Paul (the salesman) was awesome. He was extremely helpful at explaining our options and helped us find a bed that fit both of our wishes. If you’re searching for a new mattress, I’d highly recommend stopping by this location to see Paul.

Went into sleepy’s tonight and our guy Paul really took care of us! He was very knowledgable and made the purchasing process painless. Very accommodating and friendly. Will be referring him to anyone I know who needs a mattress. Stand up guy!

I went to Sleepy’s because I was due for a new mattress. I looked at a few and decided on a name I THOUGHT I could trust, Serta. I ended up purchasing a Serta Lorena Memory Foam Mattress set. Well, a year later the memory foam isn’t full of memory. You can definitely notice that the center of the bed sits lower. I called Sleepy’s and they told me to call Serta, i called Serta and they told me to call Sleepy’s. Finally, I got a hold of someone who would put in a warranty claim. I explained that to the naked eye, the bed looks okay, but when you sit or lay on it, you can definitely tell. I was told the only way they could make a warranty claim is if it looks defective. Are you kidding me. I will be trying to sell this thing on Craigslist and I will be purchasing a sleep number bed. Screw you Serta and Sleepy’s!
Funny how I got a lot of calls from my salesperson, but now that I’m not happy they seemed to have disappeared.
Update…I just called and now I’m told if I don’t have a center bracket on the steel frame they can’t do anything.
Do yourself a favor and buy a temperpedic or sleep by number. You might pay more but if something happens they will take care of you.

I spent a few hours lying on mattresses at this location and the salesperson was professional and took his job very seriously; which I appreciated. They have a very large selection of all types of mattresses. Seth, the salesperson, was able to identify whether or not I was in proper alignment while side-​lying and whether I was sinking in too much to softer mattresses that may not have been a good fit for me.
As I write this review, my first one on Unilocal,I am lying on my new mattress, pillows, and bedframe. Seth was able to deliver on the Unilocal check-​in discount of 20% on most items in the store which was fantastic! He arranged the delivery for the next day and financing which was also available. No rush, no hassle, great discount and financing programs, professional salesperson, and I’m no longer in pain! Love Sleepys this location is difficult to beat.
