Starbucks

I was never a Starbucks drinker. But after my first occasion at the king of Prussia stand alone, I have never gone anywhere else. ELENA IS AWESOME! Totally love her and her connection with customers! Matt is so nice! And always greets me with a «hi Vinn» and barb HOOKS IT UP. So nice and such a good atmosphere. I never mind waiting because everytime there it feels like time flies!

The service given might not always be the fastest, but as a customer and retail worker, when customers are not friendly it really doesn’t help anything, in order for the customer experience to be improved people have to stop being such buttholes, you get what you give. As retail workers we always try hard to please the customers and make sure that they get the best service, but honestly, as a customer we also have a choice. I read a couple reviews on here, and to be honest if you go to a restaurant and the line is long or the wait time is too long, would you really want to sit there for more than 10 mins?! I know I wouldn’t, I can’t count how many times I’ve walked out of places because the line was too long or the wait time was too long. Let’s be realistic if you are not patient enough to wait in line, we as customers have the choice to go else where, so don’t take it out on the workers, that doesn’t help at all. Now if you were not pleased with the product you got, speak up, I’m sure they would not have an issue giving you something else, and if the workers are doing a great job, give them feedback, don’t just complaint when something’s wrong, also let be known when people are doing are great job. With that said, let’s all get a cup of coffee, and call it a day.

Every time I go to this location for a Starbucks the service is always horrible. There’s always a long line and extremely slow service. I’d ordered iced coffee on two occasions and both times my coffee always tasted bad. Always ending up wasting money and throwing my coffee out. I know Starbucks offered a thing where they’ll make your coffee again if you’re not satisfied but why wait in line again and hoping for a better coffee when it already tasted bad. In my opinion, coffee doesn’t always taste the same wherever you go, it all depends on who’s making it.

Went today. It was busy since in the mall. I ordered the new cold brew. It seems to move slowly here and when I wanted to get a tea later I skipped it since it seemed busy and I couldn’t stand the wait, the staff was friendly though and my drink today and many other times has been done right, it maybe deserves 3.5 stars. A better starbucks than some others.

This Starbucks was so nice a clean the staff was friendly and fast. The location was so good in the mall and the it was near a nice siting area. The only bad thing which is kinda good is the place was packed so there was know where to sit.

The drinks are always made correctly, even when substitutions are made. the staff is generally friendly, with the exception of a few discontent personalities. I’m in here quite frequently, and have to say that the biggest downfall for this place is that the staff doesn’t really seem to care that the line is out the door. The wait is generally obnoxious and sometimes not even an option for me. I’ve been into MANY Starbucks over the years that are just as busy, if not much busier, and have not experienced such a wait… EVER. I don’t know if perhaps the baristas get overwhelmed, or of the store is significantly understaffed, but this wait time is unreasonable. Many days I’ve taken the longer walk to the other end of the mall to get Dunkin Donuts, because the 15 min round trip walk is still faster than waiting for sometimes 30 mins or more.

The problem here is that there was a shift in management a few months ago and the baristas see no urgency in providing for the customer. I gave them a few months before saying anything, but they have just not improved. EXTREMELY SLOW! The associates seem miserable and disinterested. Some have even admitted to it. Being that I also work in the mall and sometimes only have 30 min break, I could be the 3^rd person in line but still wait 20 minutes for an iced coffee!

I come to this Starbucks a few times a week since I work next to the mall and everyone who works here is SUPER nice! The drinks are always right and delicious. Sometimes there’s a longer line than most Starbucks but think about it people, coffee + the kop mall, of course it’s going to be busy! Worth taking 5 minutes out of your day to get your caffeine fix here and deal with their friendly staff!

Extremely long wait. 30 people in line, I person mopping, I person filling bakery and 1 cashier. Do the math.

Vary nice staff, I was excited to get my large water served to me with a smile. Very pleased, I will return soon.

I came to this Starbucks while on a trip to the area for a wedding. It took us a while to navigate through the mall (since we’d never been there before we parked on the opposite side of the mall from it!) but when I got there my first reaction was, «Wow, this Starbucks looks so cool!»
I’ve never seen a Starbucks with this layout or décor before. Definitely a refreshing change from the traditional green and white.
My drink was made quickly and we were on our way. No complaints!

Although they’ve moved (they used to be next to the Apple Store), they’ve still kept their quality service intact. Pretty much every time I go here, I get fast and friendly service. I did have an issue once with an unfriendly worker, but I’m going to consider that a one-​off.
Definitely gets busy quick, but they do their best to get you in and out with the right drink and a smile!
