Really cool tea selection process! They have a wall filled with varieties and so the sales associate really helped me narrow down what I was in the mood for and allowed me to sniff a few teas before I selected one. The brewing process is unique too. Lots of really cool retail which could be a great gift for someone. Really small storefront so things can get a little crowded but overall a really cool place and worth checking out.

I’ve been sitting on writing this forever. I’m a huuuge fan of Davidstea, I’ve been ordering online from them before they even had US locations! Needless to say when I found out I was coming up this way, getting to an actual store was a MUST. The downfall with online shopping is you have to get 2 oz minimum, when you’re in the store you just have to get enough to register on the scale. I spazzed out with the salesperson for a bit, and she was so incredibly helpful. I told her I’d tried a lot of their teas and she managed to find me a bunch of new things. She was super patient with me even though I was obviously taking forever with how much I wanted — thankfully nobody else came in either. Over in the area with some sale tea, I think they were like $ 2 each when you bought 10, she went to the back for me for more of one tea, and actually came back with a decent amount for another tea I was interested in that I would have bought from the tea wall at a much higher price. YEAHAWESOMECUSTOMERSERVICE! And to top it all off, my tea pop was free. Granted the girl who made it did not carbonate it well at all(I even had to tell her how to use a sodastream… errm) so if I had paid I probably would have wanted it remade, but I didn’t care at that point. So yeah, if you’re into flavored teas, this is your place. It’s not the cheapest but I really like to be able to see and smell teas before I buy them.

I am an avid tea drinker and have had my share of tea in Europe, Africa, and American homegrown and imported. I went to this place because my wife worked at the KOP mall for while now. I went three times and each time I was excited to try one of their many different variety teas and in the end was greatly disappointed. Their tea portions are very small when you order a tea to go and they are extremely week. My wife has also tried this place numerous times as it was across the walkway from where she worked to only be disappointed and disgusted in the end. Teavana is expensive, but the flavor is way better and in the end it is definitely worth paying the price. Skip this place and save yourself the money and aggravation.

This is better than Teavana by FAR! however… there is still some things that are lacking. I love that they don’t push tea on you like some kind of dealer. I hate high pressure sales, but you won’t find that here. Prices are a bit high all things considered but I understand that they need to keep the lights on and pay rent. One way to make these high prices better is their rewards program… spend X money before Y date and get Z… well great… except that X expires before any reasonable person will get to X money before Y date. Why have these sales expire? I bought tea here several times, both loose tea and tea made in house as well as a tumbler for my wife… still didn’t reach the X mark before it expired… bummer. Staff is super friendly… knowledgeable… for the most part. Some know more than others… but that’s every job.

This place is really great! I usually go to Teavana, but this place has more variety and is a little less expensive. I love their seasonal eggnog lattes with either birthday cake tea or red velvet! It’s so wrong that it has to be right! haha Great service, the girls who work here much love their jobs because it really shows in how they treat every customer! My only complaints are that sometimes they don’t let the tea steep long enough, so you can easily end up with a cup of hot milky water… Also you aren’t allowed to mix teas here unlike Teavana.

The service at David’s tea is great! I was instantly welcomed by an employee and she let me see and sample some of the teas. Unfortunately, their credit card system was down, so I had to pay with cash, but I was compensated with a free tea. Will definitely come back!
