Love this boutique! My husband first purchased my engagement ring from this location and I honestly can not speak more highly of the customer service provided to us at each visit. Each time we stopped in, we were warmly greeted and patiently waited on by Mandy, Patrick or Meg. We have since purchased a few additional pieces, and we are absolutely thrilled with each one. The quality of the jewelry is like none other. The ambiance of the store is sophisticated (though not stuffy) and the employees are exceptionally educated. This is quite a refreshing change compared to so many other stores in the area. It is nice to know that they understand and value the importance of customer service. We look forward to returning again and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality jewelry, exceptional customer service and a straight forward buying experience. We look forward to doing more business here in the future.

Looking for a very specific engagement ring. They very understandably did not have it in stock. They told me they would look for the fancy damond shape and give me a call. While I was waiting I was offered water even though I was in flip flops and not dressed properly in such a fancy store (I didn’t know Cartier was high end). Everyone was very helpful and friendly even though I didn’t have an appointment. We would have been very happy with anything we ordered there, but the price was simply out of our range. The fancy cut I needed was fancy cut diamond. They had only one very very big, very clean stone in the company and it cost more than everything I own and 1+ years salary combined.

Extremely satisfied with their service. My fiancé and I purchased our wedding bands here. And while her ring fit perfectly, I soon found that my ring was a little loose. We returned to ask to exchange and while they didn’t have the exact size I was looking for in the store at that time, they said no problem. They fedex’d the requested ring size to our home address in no time. The new ring fits perfectly! In the meantime, they were incredibly polite and friendly to us. I really appreciate how patient and understanding they were. I couldn’t recommend this jeweler any higher. Its truly one of the few places where the quality of their service matches that of their product. Special kudos to their salesman Robert Swan!
