Supercuts

Get cleaned up here every 3 weeks or so.
So this is my go-​to spot after church. I live 20 minutes away from this Supercuts but I specifically will wait out the week just to come here.
Why? Her name is Trish and she is my hair stylist. Before I came across her at the beginning of this year, I would just take any stylist that was available first. Some times it looked money! … Other days I felt like I wasted money. Before Trish, I would get my haircut during the week and skip coming here because my haircuts came out inconsistent.
But ever since Trish cut my hair, I now will wait till I go see her. Some days when it’s busy there are a few people waiting for her … Still ill wait. Other days it’s slow and I can immediately see her.
I almost hate to brag about her cause then more people may go see her making my wait time possibly longer… But I have to give credit where credit is due.

I really like the convenient location. In my experience the service is excellent. I’ve never waited more than 5 – 10 min for a walk-​in haircut. Just had a good one from Brittany a bit earlier today.

Let me start by saying, I have never gotten upset about a haircut. I don’t ask for a lot when I’m getting my hair cut, I basically get «boy haircut #2». Sometimes its shorter than I’d like, sometimes they don’t cut it as short as I’d prefer, whatever. I went in with the idea of getting the sides and back of my hair cleaned up, and the top trimmed a little bit. 5 minutes later, I walk out with a crew cut. WORST haircut I have ever gotten!!! If you go, avoid Donna at ALL COSTS!!! My hair has never been this short, it looks horrible. It took her 5 minutes to cut my hair, and it shows. I don’t want to trash this place too badly, because I have only been there once, and there could be many other people who actually give a sht when they cut your hair, but Donna is not one of them. My advice would be to stay far away from here, Donna could change her name and mangle you too!!!

All I wanted was a trim. I have extremely curly hair and had straightened it so I asked her to cut it dry. From there, it went pretty downhill.
Her answer? «well I’ll try not to» i let her know that i have really curly hair and any mist on it will make it automatically curl it (all my curly haired ladies out there know this) and asked her again to please not spray anything in my hair.
It shouldve been done! the subject could have ended right there, but she was doing anything in her power to continue to argue with me. I wasn’t having it. I have trims every couple of months and I always have it cut dry, its never a big deal to any stylist. her answer to me was how shes been doing it for 25 years and she always cuts it wet.
LOL okay, I wasn’t trying to belittle her hair cutting career, all i wanted was for her to not spray me. Horrible customer service and obviously some daddy issues, she was so quick to be defensive!
i know what people are going to say, this is a supercuts and you should kind of expect sucky service, and I do. I dont care if you’re nice to me I just want my hair cut.
Bottom line, even if you don’t care about going to a supercuts. avoid this place like the plague. I’m not sure what she had «25 years of experience» in, not hair!
