The actual dropoff and pickup of the dumpster went without a hitch, but the billing aspect of things is very shady and misleading. We paid cash for the dumpster, and then put a credit card on file in case our weight limit went over two tons. The idea being that if we went over two tons, we would be charged using the $ 150 on a prorated basis and reimbursed the remaining. We were throwing out cardboard and didn’t even completely fill the dumpster. Two weeks after they pick the dumpster up, the $ 150 charge goes through with no explanation, receipt or call as to whether or not we went over weight and by how much. I call the owner, and they can’t recall but they«think» I went over. I requested a receipt for exactly how much we went over and haven’t heard anythign back in two days. We’ll be filing with the BBB if we don’t hear back today. So we paid $ 400 for a dumpster and $ 150 for overage that we didn’t accrue without being supplied a receipt.

I should have gone with my gut and cancelled my order. We are renovating our basement and saw this ad on Facebook. My husband called and spoke with the owner, he asked what we were doing and advised what size dumpster to use. When it was time to deliver he pushed us back a week because he didn’t have any dumpsters available, we were originally told there was no time limit on usage for the price of $ 525 for 3.5 tons. When he scheduled drop off he said he could only let us use it for two weeks. When he drooped off he made comments about how it was going to fill with water and how we would go over the allotted weight. I knew something was not right, immediately after pick up we were charged an additional $ 122. I called and asked why and the owner said our dumpster was filled with water. Not true, it rained once during the two weeks and it was empty when it rained. I smell a cheat and a rip off. Would advise anyone in need of a dumpster to shop elsewhere.
