I stopped by the KOP Store to have a clasp on a rolling garment bag repaired. The Sales Consultant(Erica Liebman) was terrific. We discussed my travel needs reviews some accessory ideas and packing suggestions. She monogrammed my Tumi backpack in the store. Came in for a repair. Walked out with a Alpha 2 spinner for my wife, folding pack & some electronic accessories. Not to mention some terrific packing ideas for when my garment bag is returned. Excellent Service. Follow-up — my garment bag was repaired & returned by Tumi in 2 weeks. I was expecting a minimum of 4. Just awesome.

Called a week earlier and asked if I could exchange a purchase for an in house purchase. Was told yes as long as it was a tumi product and not t-tech. I do have a true tumi item but was told today they do not accept on-line exchanges. I only wish I received this gift from Nordstrom. They know customer service. I am updating this because I called Tumi and they said exchanges can only be done in stores. Apparently the worker was new or clueless. I drove up a second time and was able to successfully exchange my item. The employee who helped me the second time was wonderful.
