A few years back I had nothing but great experiences shopping at this store. More recently(and most recently today), I stopped in during my lunch break looking for a specific item. There seemed to be only one person working in the store. She seemed very confused and overwhelmed with the fact that two customers were standing around waiting to ask a question. Unfortunately I could not find another employee to help me locate the item I was looking for and the sole employee I originally saw went into«the back» to try and find something for another customer. That left a couple of customers standing around the check out area hoping for assistance and a few others walking through the store for quite a while. I’ll try Sur La Table in the future and avoid Williams-Sonoma.

1 for Management 5’s for product. My question is, how in bloody hell did WS close in Ardmore? Mismanaged. Although I always thought WS prided itself on masculine cookware ! And yet the Ardmore store was a hot mess ! I shopped there often. And now Kitchen Kapers is going in there ! Just tells you ho mismanaged WS was ! John in Villanova

I don’t understand what people are saying about the prices. I just bought a quality salad spinner and mandolin for a total price $ 50 It may be cheaper online, but this is still a good price. And included in this price I got to browse a beautiful, pristine store with; great customer service, a knowledgeable sales consultant, and a free, delicious latte’ You get what you pay for works both ways.

This is an awesome for ideas. That is about it. I can’t afford a lot of the items in this place but our wedding registry has a few pieces from here. Not saying I wont ever buy anything from here, but the quality of certain items are not up to par when considering the price. One employee here was super rude. She seemed like she was on Xanax… WAYTOOMUCH xanax. She would ask us questions, stare at us for about 15 seconds after the answer and say«Oh, yes, of course» Super awkward and unpleasant.

The only thing i DON’T like about Williams — Sonoma is the prices! But if you get something on sale it’s worth it. Just browsing in this upscale kitchen outfitting store is a real treat. You can gaze at the jarred sauces and olives and vinegars and stuff. And the cookbooks are fun to look through. Their pots and pans collection is top of the line. In fact everything here is top of the line. Their«house» extra virgin olive oil is much better than its name. Calling an oil of this caliber«house» doesn’t do it justice.
