Decent kitchen store with lots of quality products. The problem I have is that it looks like too many products stuffed into this store and many of the displays are disorganized. In some places, there is even products on the floor. If you are looking for something specific, it’s usually best just to ask someone where you need to go. Staff is friendly and on my most recent visit, the sales guy even helped wrap up my last minute Valentine’s gift. At the back of the store is a large kitchen where you can sign-up for cooking classes. The food coming out of there smells good, but I’ve never personally done of their classes yet. Prices tend to be a little on the higher end.

Not too bad. The store is quite large and has a ton of options, including cooking classes(which were in session) and a special section where knives are demonstrated and sample food items are cut. That being said, the store was a crazy jumble of all sorts of different food cooking offerings. There seemed to be little rhyme or reason in how everything was placed. We were able to find a reasonably priced ice cream scoop, but the whole store felt like kitchen supply overload… The items were decently priced, but it was hard to find a sales associate to help us, but that may have been because of the holiday rush???

I loove this place! So many cooking utensils and stuff for hosting little gatherings! They have literally everything for cooking! This is definitely becoming my kitchen and cooking supplies store, just as sephora is my makeup place and staples or Office Depot is for office supplies, I just can’t survive without Sur La Table for the kitchen!

Kitchen gadget central. Love it here — and great for wedding and shower gifts. Kinda expensive — but many of these things just ARE expensive(like espresso machines and a sno-cone makers). Fun place to shop and knowledgeable staff.

I love this place! It was my first visit but let me say that the staff working… they know their stuff. They seem like they all have PhD’s in kitchen gadgets compared to the home-schooled staff at William Sonoma. Let me say, I am an educated guy when it comes to espresso but the Sur La Table staff schooled me and taught me a few things. Even more important than their super knowledgeable staff, they were super honest. I wasn’t being directed to the most expensive products I was being directed to the item that would take care of my needs. And even when I wanted an item that was a little expensive, I was told how to go about getting it at a cheap price — refurbished models, end of model year, coupons, ect. Major props there! I cannot wait to go back inside my little kitchen paradise!

I would give the store 5 stars on the merchandise… but we took a class there and the instructor we had was terrible. She was there to teach us cheese making, and she read from the notes, did not know answers to questions and sometimes answered us differently than the printed instructions. We really thought she was teaching the class for the first time and I’d not give us our money’s worth. We’ve had far better cooking class at Viking, so I would recommend you go there for class.

By far, the best place to get all your kitchen gadgets. Wide variety and affordable. They have something for everyone in all price ranges. The cooking classes here are worth every penny, they are hands on, plus the lead chef is super nice and very knowledgeable. This store blows Williams and Sonoma out of the water.
