Starbucks

I think this 1 Starbucks in Kingman does a good job with customer service. They do seem to run out of foods and specialties though. The drive through is horrible always full. We could use another in town. The Starbucks at the Safeways are not company stores so you can’t redeem your «stars» there. All in all they do a good job. I’m headed there right now!

Wish I read reviews before sitting nearly 30 minutes for two cars in front of us. The saddest part was there were No apologies. I’ve been a Starbucks patron nearly 25 years coming from seattle… the customer care needs critical attention at this location. :-(. Big fail.

Geschäft ist sauber und ordentlich, Bedienung ging zügig, also alles wie man es von einem gut geführten SB erwartet.

Der Starbucks ist mitten im Ort von Kingman/​Arizona und ziemlich groß. Die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich.

What a freaking shit show. I waited 20 minutes AFTER ordering to get a white mocha. Yes, it was Saturday, yes, there were a million people in line… BUT THEY HAD ONLY ONE GUY MAKING DRINKS! SO glad I dont live here… UHG!

Great place I’ve only been here twice once to get friend some coffee and I was here tonight doing some business the white chocolate mocha was on point very friendly service.

You can never go wrong with a Starbucks, if your order comes out wrong they will make it right without an argument or frown. The only negative is that my coffee drinks seem to be getting more and more expensive.

Just waited 25 min in driveThru. R U Serious? It’s Coffee for gosh sakes! Not gourmet dining. No apology such as «I’m sorry:(Yur coffee is free today». Gave respectful n polite complaint to the lil girl at window n asked her to voice complaint to mgr. did mgr come to window? Heck no. This is ridiculous!! What Horrid Customer Service

A great savior in the land of no-​wheres-​ville.
Route 66 requires caffeine. Especially if you plan on waking up early. Bound for Oatman, I needed my daily dose of 4 shot Americano to get me going.
This store did the trick, and with lightening quick speed.
Bathrooms were tidy and customer service pleasant.

Nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. The staff are always friendly. They knew our order and always served us with a smile.

Had a return that couldn’t be handles due to the SKU not being on the item, even though I had my receipt. Samantha and Dane were trying very hard to accommodate me, but we’re unable to due their computer system. Both were VERY friendly and professional. I called back with what I believed to be the number, and was told by Dane he would return my call in a few moments. Being in customer service, I was hoping he would follow through, and he did, which I appreciated. The SKU was correct, and I was able to do my return. Samanta helped me once again, and had a great attitude about the whole ordeal. Starbucks is very fortunate to have Dane and Sam! Great customer service!

I stopped by hoping to sit out on the patio where I could read and enjoy my White Mocha, but ended up inside. There is nice patio here however when I first sat down out there all I could hear was the different cars in the drive-​thru. The line in the drive-​thru was long and the sounds from the cars just made reading outside not so enjoyable. One plus side, the patio is dog friendly and that’s always a great option. I went inside and it’s spacious and they have plenty of options for seating. I found a table and soon forgot about the noisy patio. The baristas were friendly and even though they were busy, I didn’t have to wait long for my drink. I have stopped by again since my first visit and found the experience to be consistent with the previous one. With all the terrible luck I have had finding good food in Kingman, I’m glad I found a reliable Starbucks and I plan on visiting again when passing through town. Starbucks Rewards is accepted here and rewards from the app can be redeemed also.

I love this store… Every time I walk in I am always greeted by the employees. The store is always clean, decorated, and organized. If you want any recommendations don’t hesitate to ask as your barista as he/​she will help you out. I’m a regular, but only because of the service!

I go to a lot of Starbucks. A lot. This Starbucks has always been friendly, reliable and fast. I only need three things: coffee, Internet and more coffee. The great baristas and atmosphere are just a bonus.

My favorite thing about this place is the outdoor seating. I am not use to having an actual starbucks in my area that isn’t connected with a grocery store. So when I am in Kingman, this is the place for me to be. Everyone is bubbly, nice and the place is clean. 4 stars is because the bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well :-/​other then that I like this place, great coffee!

Absolutely terrible service. I walk in with my wife — we are the only ones in here. There are about 5 – 6 employees behind the counter. I stand at the start of the line and wait. 2 different ladies look directly at me 3 different times and don’t say anything, but carry on their conversation as if I’m not there waiting to get coffee at this coffee establishment. When they finally take my order, I give them my wife’s drink, then Ashe hands me off to another employee to take the rest of my order. Ok. Fine. Except, this lady is even more incompetent, blaming the even further delay on the computer. After I finally get my order in, it takes another 20 minutes to make my drinks. Despite 2 parties, and 4 drinks ordered AFTER me get sent out before I get mine.
Then, they get half my order, finally asking me, «What are you waiting for, hon?» I told them, and the «barista» says I never it that. Ok. Point the finger. I’m not waiting. Wtf.
Terrible service. No wonder they suck.

Been working from here a few days this week while my family is out here — best service I’ve seen from a Starbucks and I frequent them often. They great you as soon as you arrive, they make great suggestions, everyone is extremely nice and the place is spotless.

I try to support local coffee shops but you really can’t deny the quality of sbux they are a big company that remains respectable however the staff and cleanliness of this particular sbux is top notch. Super clean and friendly staff that seems energized and happy to see a line out the door.

Terrible service. Had scone tossed at another customer. Jessica who was ringing every one up was more concerned about chewing her gum. The only one working hard was the actual barista Brandi.

Driving through the open Mojave Dessert from Kingman to the metropolitan Las Vegas area could be tiring. There is nothing like a good cup of Starbucks coffee to keep you up on this drive.
The Kingman Starbucks has been my recent go-​to stop when I am on my way from Kingman to the Las Vegas metropolitan area. It is comfort coffee that I know will be first rate.
As I have written in my past several Starbucks reviews, Starbucks is a welcoming establishment to spend some time. The footprint of the shop is large. There are different seating arrangements for different kinds of moods. If you want to work there are tables. If you want to relax there are cozy chairs. Regardless of where you sit, the coffee beverages are first rate. Regardless that the prices get high, the break from uninterrupted driving with the caffeine boost is worth it. Especially when you add in the free WiFi.
Until Starbucks builds a store along the open stretch of US 93 or I find another coffee shop in Kingman, I might return. It sure beats worrying about falling asleep on the long drive to Vegas.
