On the same day (08/​17/​2015) when I was literally screwed by Avis/​Budget and a useless reservation, Enterprise saved the day by finding the vehicle we needed. We were treated courteously the way a customer is SUPPOSED to be treated and if it were not for Enterprise, a lot of plans that day would have gone awry. Thanks so much for everything!

Great place. My Harley broke down in Kingman and I needed a rental car for a week. Went and visited friends and family in NV and UT while my bike was being rebuilt. Drove a KIA with 30 MPG. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!!!

Sooooooooo my car overheated in the middle of nowhere in the Arizona desert and I ended up being towed to a repair shop in Kingman, Arizona. I needed a new radiator and a bunch of other stuff and the work would take like 6 hours so my friends and I decided to leave the car there, rent a car and head on over to our real final destination, the Grand Canyon!
The phone book offered several options for car rental companies. I picked this place out of the phone book for one reason: They pick you up from your hotel and take you to the rental place. The manager was super friendly over the phone and sent Amber Libertini to pick us up. She was super nice. I really like people who don’t make you feel like shit just cause your car broke down (especially when you are a girl). She needed a credit card and when I only had a debit card she was quick to solve the problem. She talked to her manager and then called the repair shop to make sure my car was there and would be ready the next day. We were out of there in about 15 minutes! When we returned our car an hour later the next day (we were taking a trillion pictures of the Grand Canyon and just could not leave) Amber said it was not a problem because our car was in the repair shop and they take that into consideration.
I love great customer service and this place was full of it!
