Breakfast in the Bronx.
Average mediocre breakfast muffins from a small local deli with a staff that is L.E.P. in the English language. When inquiring what genres of muffins are available, I choose blueberry but ended up receiving cranberry! Blasphemy! A grill is open behind the counter.

Great byrek or as it is usually spelled «burek» in the Bronx.
I had one cheese and one spinach byrek and heated them in the toaster oven. The crust was flaky and tasty and the fillings were very good.
I had a cup of yogurt, homemade and also delicious.
This is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, a nice family business with great food.
