Highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They answered our every call and need. Free breakfast was hot and tasty but you gotta be there early to get the best food. The lady tending the kitchen left food on the bar until everyone was served past the 10 o’clock deadline. The clerks at the counter were very helpful. The hot water heater broke down for a short time and we had cold water. They comped my room 100%. No need to ask. they already had it comped. Great place for a short stay!

Nice place to stay while attending a convention at Bays Mountain Park.
Clean comfortable rooms with nice beds.
We were in 221 and the bathroom ceiling had some black mold.
I’d definitely stay here again though.

A good hotel to stay at in Kingsport. Staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile for you. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. I stay here quite often with work travel and I prefer it to the marriott because it is more laid back and friendly.

Holy Batman! This place is a great option to stay when in Kingsport, TN. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed for a limited service hotel. My room was very large with a pull out couch. The mini fridge and wet bar area had a ton of space too. The best part was the HUGE bathroom. My room had a garden tub. It was such a nice change of pace from what I usually get when traveling to other cities.
The breakfast is really good here as well. Fresh oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit are available for healthy eaters, but a good offering of french toast sticks, omelets and breakfast meats are available. The coffee is great too!
I highly recommend this place!

Overall nice hotel. Internet access on the Fourth floor is terrible. Not good for business travelers.
