Very nice staff. Great breakfast. But hotel is aging and not as clean as it used to be. Also, I encountered an ant problem at the desk area … Interesting that I had to complain about ants in the same hotel (different room) about 10 years ago. It might not warrant concern except the bill for one night came to over $ 100. In a small town that reeks of pollution. … I feel bad for the nice employees.

We got a pet room, and it was NICE! Clean and didn’t smell like dog butt. I’d stay here again!

Bristol, VA
Rooms have new carpet, but the bathroom is real small. We do have a fridge and a microwave so that’s good. TV is a nice size but the main reason I gave it three stars is because the beds are very stiff. So, if you like a really stiff bed, then it may be a five-​star hotel for you. Not sure if there is breakfast in the morning, but if there is, I wouldn’t know about it because I have not partaken in it yet.
