After leaving Patrick mid-arrogant comment at the Ulster Avenue store we fled to the mall. Thank God for Chad. We wanted a new phone — we got one — we were not made to feel like morons!!!

Be careful. Was talked into new edge plan expecting bill not to rise and to have 2G of data. Bill went up $ 10 and got 1G.

Liz approached me the minute I walked in and immediately got down to business. Very calm very competent. All Verizon store take an unusually long time to get stuff done because of Verizon’s own processes. Yeah I was there for 45 minutes to an hour but I got three things done in that time and it’s because Liz made no errors and she knew who to call to fix stuff that inevitably popped up in the processing like not being able to add a modem as being incompatible with my existing plan, etc.

There is one good thing that came of my last experience. I just walked into this store again today. Although it was an «informational only» session, the Customer Service agents were well-trained and able to respond to all my inquiries. They dealt with my questions and tried to use all their resources to the best of their ability(though they told me that their system might have even changed since they last used it). I asked about coverage in one area of Florida, along with what the LTE network is. It might have taken them a few more responses to getting the question engrained for the specific location, but they did get it.
