Two stars only based on the fact that the BBQ chicken pizza(Tuscany) is pretty good… but the only thing I order from here, prices are through the roof.

The pizza is very good, my 12 year old daughter will only eat Cravings pizza! We have been coming here for about 7 years so we have our favorites. I’m actually sitting in Cravings right now on my laptop eating a Italian Muffaletta typing this review, the sandwich is amazing and it is enormous! So if you have any issues with the size of the servings at Cravings, try the Italian Muffaletta!

Recently moved into the neighborhood and have been here a few times. I agree that they are very pricey for their portion size. But the food itself taste delicious and always seems fresh. Last visit, I had the pecan cranberry chicken salad wrap and it was delicious. I have not experienced any rudeness that others seem to have mentioned in their reviews. I actually walked in one night after a crappy day of work and was treated extremely nice even though I wasn’t being very friendly. I actually felt like they were going out of there way to put a smile on my face. It is a nice cozy café.

horrible service, girl who took my order had an attitude and I asked for extra bacon and got one thin piece, mediocre food at best

Holy awkward. I have been here now 3 times and each and every person I have dealt with either comes off as rude or totally disinterested. The food? Decent. Over priced but quality so I have given the place a few chances. The pizza deal they have with a coupon that comes in the mail is a good– I like their pizza. The food is ok! It’s a shame the attitude is so bad. Honestly, I’ll give my money elsewhere– I can’t handle the employees fake«happy» attitude, or blatant rudeness.

Ordered the Rueben for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes for lunch. The delivery guy showed up 90 minutes after I had called. Luckily the sandwich was warm, fresh, and made right. I only wish they were a bit more prompt. Even a 45 minute wait for lunch would have been excessive.

Overpriced! Really Rude! Especially the Manager, I think his name is Jay. Never Going Back There Again.

Shame on me for paying $ 8.75 for a juice and a grilled cheese(with no sides). I won’t make that mistake again.

I wish I could give 2.5 stars but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put 3. I’ve been here a few times. I’ve had a couple wraps, the pizza and every once in a while I try a dessert. The food is pretty good, but not spectacular and the prices are just way too high and the portions/quality don’t justify paying that much. I work very close to Cravings and I usually go to other places in town because I don’t feel like I’m getting what I pay for. I will give them credit, the pizzas are very good, but I can get bigger pizza for $ 19. I love the California chicken wrap but $ 13 for a wrap, chips and a drink? This isn’t Boston and they could put a little more chicken in there. I’d rather support small business than the chains, but I choose other family restaurants in the area most days even though they are closest to my office because you can get more sandwich for less money elsewhere.

I just ordered a cheese pizza with extra sauce. Extra sauce usually means extra flavor. Mystifyingly, that was not the case for this pizza. It had NOTASTEATALL. I felt guilty eating the calories because it tasted like I was eating the cardboard pizza box. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Saw the mixed reviews, which are a bit harsh. Got two pressed sammies, a haddock soup, iced tea, and a latte. Fresh, good, healthy, and fast. A little pricey for $ 28 and change, esp. as my dh said he wasn’t super full from lunch. They should probably throw in a side of coleslaw or potato salad for the hungry guys if they want to charge $ 8 per sammie. Didn’t try pizza but it smelled heavenly!

Visited for lunch. Nice comfortable place, big menu and lots of yummy looking cupcakes and treats! I went and got the clam chowder and a chicken caesar salad. The clam chowder was incredible, nice big chunks of clams and tasted very fresh. The caesar salad was just ok. The chicken on it definitely wasn’t cooked fresh there it tasted like the pre-done refrigerated chicken. The portion size was great though.

I found this place on a quest for cheap gas in Kingston, realizing while I filled the tank that yes, I did have a sandwich craving. They have an excellent selection of prepared sandwiches, as well as an extensive menu you can use to build your own. I’d gotten the cranberry-pecan chicken salad sandwich– tasty, but nothing particularly special about it. I appreciated that they have marble bread; still, having that choice shouldn’t warrant a slightly expensive sandwich. The average price was $ 7.75. Unless there’s A LOT of meat on a sandwich or it is an other-worldly gastronomic experience, I just don’t want to pay that much. The other downside for me was that, upon checkout, I got the impression that I was inconviently interrupting some flirtation. A female took my money, while her male co-worker stood by and fiddled with napkins. They went back to talking and giggling while I bagged my own food with a paper bag they gave me. Considering that I just paid for a sammy and drink what one of those employees probably makes per hour, I was a little miffed. All in all, an average place; I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here though.

I’ve eaten from Cravings many times over the last couple of years and while the food is decent, the manager(I want to say her name was Casey? I could be wrong) is one of the rudest people I have come across in the food service industry. If you want to pay with a debit card, know that you have to decide how much to tip the driver before your food even leaves their store. This is unfortunate for the employees as well as the consumer because I enjoy tipping well for good service and delivery jobs don’t often pay well. Anyway, about a month ago I paid over the phone by card and said I would tip at the door(thinking I could add it to the bill when I signed the slip) only to be told I could not. I was mortified not to have any cash and could not give a tip. The driver left and was great about it but 5 minutes later I got a call on my cell phone from the«manager» to let me know that I had not tipped the driver! I was not only embarrassed, but could not believe that anyone would be so rude. I have called to place an order and asked if I could make a wrap into a sub to which she responds, «no, we don’t allow any changes of the menu items». That seems to be a pretty common request for a sub shop, no? Whatever. Then she says, «I’ll do it but only if you promise not to tell the owner!» I don’t know the owner but these kind of interactions are the norm at Cravings. I could go on and on but all that to say– go somewhere else! I will not give this place another $.

The food is good for a small town pizza shop. Service is average. It’s better to get one of the friendly teenagers or the woman owners rather than her husband.

Let me start by saying that we didn’t get the pizza, which I feel is their specialty. We will certainly be back to try the pies in the near future, as they looked and smelled excellent. Staff was super friendly. We had dessert at home, but will be back for their baked goods(cupcakes, for example looked bomb). My girlfriend and I are expert meal splitters so we teamed-up on the Greek salad, Napoli Panini(eggplant), and the Sweet Chili Wings. From best to worst: The wings: awesome. Crisped, bone-in wings with sweet chili sauce(reminded me of Bön Chon/Korean BBQ wings if you’ve ever had the pleasure). Real good. The salad: standard sub shop Greek salad, nothing special about it. The Napoli«panini»: uninspiring. Wasn’t really a traditional Panini on toasted, pressed ciabatta, it was more a sandwich on un-toasted wheat bread. The eggplant was dry and there wasn’t enough pesto sauce to compensate. Will be back, with a different menu strategy.

Absolutely the best breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the south sore. Management is perfect wait staff none better, and not to forget the delivery drivers fast and friendly! What more could you ask for from an awesome family restaurant. And I guarantee you won’t find a better pizza anywhere!

I gave up on the place and haven’t ordered in about 3 yrs(got a pizza where the bottom crust was in a puddle of grease). Had a coupon for a .99 cent cheese pizza. Delivery took 45 mins. And the driver forgot one of my items(that was $ 9 and paid for), had to chase him outside and had to leave and come back with my salad. I’ve actually tried to order this pizza a few times and they close super early(8:30). I’ve also gotten the«oh sorry we close in 10 mins, you can’t even call to pick it up.» The customer service here is bad, the pizza was just ok, but some of the food(salads and pomme frites) are delicious. But it’s pricy and just a poorly executed pizza shop at the end of the day.
