Slowest drive through ever. Be prepared to be in line for about 20 minutes. They don’t know how to make ice coffee either.

If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars I would. Went through the drive thru my order came to $ 30.87. I gave them 100 dollar bill and they gave me back $ 60.13. When I asked to speak to the manager, Michelle, I handed her my change back with my receipt and told her I was short 9.00 she started to argue with me the change I got back was $ 70.13. I had to count the bills in her hand for her as there was only $ 60.13. She angrily walked away, not once apologizing, and I waited in the window for my correct change as the girl in the window told me my order was complete and I could move on. The manger never came back to say sorry but handed the girl in the window my $ 9.00. I went home to find they had not given me everything I ordered so I drove back up to McDonalds and again RUDE Michelle looked at my receipt and said I had received everything when I pointed out to her I ordered 2⁄10 piece wings and paid for them, not one. My food in the meantime that I brought back is now cold. She screamed at the cook for 10 wings again never once apologizing for their mistake. She didn’t replace the cold food I now had in my bag but gave me my 10 wings and said here you go. I immediately called the owners Mark and Janice McFee on Sunday asking them to call me and I finally got a call from their secretary making excuses why it took her 2 days to contact me. She asked for my address and I asked to speak to the owners. This McDonalds franchise is the worst and I will never go back. It is quite clear that the management of the McDonalds share the same poor customer service skills as the ownership. DONOTGOHERE as they do not value your business.

Order had errors. Fries were not warm. Sauce pumps were all empty. My meal came with a drink and I had to remind them. Counter was dirty. My filet only had half a piece of cheese and no extra tarter sauce like I asked.

Well, we went back and once again our order had an error. I don’t understand why they can’t get it right?
