A little disappointed in the amount of sauce that they put in, but it is okay. Not terrible. I hoped it would be crusty and lots of cheese. In reality, the pizza was too thin and the topping was alright. Anyway, I was full, so that’s good at least.

Horrible experience. For some reason there was no sauce so there was no pizza. Asked for straws, there were no straws. Trash cans overflowing.

Beware do not order from Kingston papa Gino’s. They have the worst service and food quality. And what I mean is always getting orders wrong or if they get it right it’s either burnt or pizza is just lopsided as if there is no care. I love papa Gino’s food just not Kingston. If I could give zero stars I would

First of all I want to start off by saying that not ALL Papa Ginos Pizzarias are as horrible as this one is and that this is the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place. I’ve been living where I have for over 15 years and this particular one has never been as bad as it is now. Within the past year it has absolutely gone hill. The service is not what it used to be whatsoever. A few times me and my boyfriend have ordered from this location and had to wait 35 minutes plus from the time we were told to arrive to pick up our food. I understand that things get busy and hectic but when you tell someone a set time as to when to come get their food, ITSHOULDBECOMINGOUTOFTHEOVENIFNOTREADY!!! The people used to be wonderful, and now even the manager seems to not have a care in the world about the customers. My family has delivered from this location since we moved here almost every other friday and this is just not how it used to be. its very unfortunate. We have also had food delivered recently that was wrong. We called to ask if there was anything they could do and they said they would send out the correct sub to replace the mistaken food… However hours later we were still calling asking where they were! The manager acted as though it was an inconvenience for him! The reason I am writing this is because of what happened yesterday. I was babysitting a little girl and thought I was doing a good deed to treat her to something from Papa Ginos. We ate the chicken tenders that were delivered an they were cold… There were also only 3 chicken tenders in the box and chicken sauce in the shape of fingerprints all over the box like someone had eaten a few… To top it all off she bit into our sub and within the first two bites pulled out a piece of PLASTIC from her mouth!!! If she hadn’t been old enough to know what it was and swallowed it we could have had a serious problem on our hands hands. Please do not order from this restaurant location. The one in Marshfield or Plymouth are so much better and the service is beyond up to par. I would never even take the time to write on one of these things but this one is just absolutely horrible and needed to have a warning available somewhere!!! Stay away! I stopped in for a quick bite. The girl at the counter could not have been more friendly and personable. But, I ordered a chicken parm sub. Clearly not a difficult sandwich to prepare. The nice girl delivered my sandwich to me. Only I got warm chicken on a COLD sub roll with warm red sauce and non melted provolone. While I am no food critic, this was prepared for me with clearly little effort and care. Really, how hard is it to make this sandwich?

Papa Gino’s isn’t my favorite pizza, but for the area there isn’t many other options. I did try one of their new summer pizzas, the feta, spinach, and veggie pizza and I liked it. White pizza and the seasoning was good. Butttt, we tried the Mac n cheese that came highly recommended by my roomie, and it was not good. $ 6 for a kids sized serving of basically Kraft Mac and cheese. Pizzas aren’t bad but the other stuff is not really worth it.

It is Papa Gino’s, so it’s obviously wicked good. But this one is a nice little one in a strip mall, perfect after a night of bowling down the street.
