We came here for a very late Mother’s Day lunch. Excellent! Good flavorful organic food! Turkey burger has always been my favorite… Oh., and you have to try the Kale salad! Very clean environment, child friendly. We had my 3 ½ year old niece with me and they offered us an area for her to watch cartoons and play with some toys. I love my mother dearly, but she’s difficult. She definitely ordered her meal wrong… Her fault… We all heard it. However, the waitress kindly took it back, fixed it and offered to bring it back with«love»! And that she did!

When I first started coming here I liked it a lot. The sandwiches were my favorite on those nice rolls they have. However after going there for a while they were constantly getting my order wrong which is a hassle to go back and noone wants to be the guy to say«remake this sandwich how i asked».

Great food! Marvelous ambiance. Reasonable prices. It’s where I go for my mid-morning ritual of a good cup of coffee and a raisin bran muffin.

I thought I didn’t like scones, but then I had a scone from Dominick’s. I’ve been back for two since last month. Lattes are strong. Atmosphere is classy and casual and usually quiet. Almond and soy milk for coffee is a big plus. Warning: hours differ from those stated here.

I so want to love this place and give it 5 stars. Forgot a part of my order, the food wasn’t prepared that well, little attention given to the seated customers-no offering of refills, can I get you anything else, did you enjoy your meal?-Nada. The location and décor are pleasant, but that’s about it!

Went to Dominick’s this morning. I didn’t say a word to this fat little guy who worked there, and he was so frickin rude to my wife and I that we left. Wow, can’t really describe my impression of this place after that… because children have access to this website. But let’s just say, this ass crab has no business in food service. If that sort of thing is important to you, don’t go to Dominick’s!

One star, because the food is decent WHEN it is made correctly. Who wants to order to go, and they give you a salad with NO dressing. If that isnt enough, beware of using your card, because they will tell you one price(which is never the same for the same item) and then once you sign for it, they will put their own tip in and overcharge you. So dishonest. At first I thought this was a mistake but when it happened again– it was my last time going. To top it off, service there can sometimes be nasty.

The staff was very friendly, but they were kind of slow and inattentive. I think it would work better if the customers could just order at the counter without having to go through table service. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced(French toast for only $ 7!); the coffee was especially good. It’s not an outstanding restaurant, but it is situated at a great corner for people watching, and it is an inviting atmosphere. I wish I could rate Dominick’s 3.5 stars, because it falls in between being good and great.

Dominick’s is, hands down, my favorite place to stop for breakfast. Clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the best egg sandwiches ever made or consumed by anybody, ever. My girlfriend and I drive 45 minutes out of our way to come here from time to time. Definitely worth the trip!

$ 5.13 for a SMALLSMALL cup of bland, gross lentil soup… this place is a rip off and I regret it every time I walk through the doors!~

They have delicious thick-sliced bacon, and they use real maple syrup. Liked it very much the first time I went. The second time, the waitress was fantastically rude. She was rude from the second we walked in, through taking our drink order, to bringing us our drinks and then disappearing. My tea was much too hot, so after waiting for her to return(thinking she needed to take our food order), I instead took it up to the counter and asked for some ice. Something in her sneer told me to step back, and good thing I did, because she literally flung it into my cup, spilling it all over the counter. Then said, «Don’t worry, I’ll wipe that up.» As if the counter was my concern. I told her to forget it and left. Have not returned, and won’t. Sinerely appalling.

On our way up to Lake George we stopped off for breakfast. Place was great, we ordered the waffle and strawberries, some tasty egg omlettes and some pancakes. Samantha was super friendly and service was great.

Dominick’s is an anchor enterprise in Uptown Kingston. Dominick is passionate about all things Uptown and he’s created a very community-friendly establishment. It’s a true family establishment and it feels that way. A nice place to hang and good home cookin’ too. I go for the coffee(their Americano is just rich enough and goes down really easily), the vibe and the view. All those windows, combined with the heart-of-Uptown location, make it a great place to check out the action, such as it is.

The French toast with maple syrup plus blueberries was awesome and my skim latte was scrumptious! That seriously hit the spot.

Love the atmosphere and to watch the world go by uptown. They serve a good cup of coffee to go with my poached eggs and toast.

Between the Unilocal check-in offer and the glowing Unilocal reviews, we had to stop here for what we were hoping was a quick lunch. Although this place does look like a deli counter with tables, we had to order from a waitress. My coffee wasn’t anything special, and it’s like I had to order from a waitress yet get up and get my own milk, it just didn’t make sense. Clearly homegirl was looking for tips, and I don’t blame her, but not what I wanted. My kale salad was teeny and tasty and I had added a panko breaded chicken cutlet to it which was deliciously juicy and perfectly cooked. My man felt the same way with his salad; it was good but could have used some more greens. Both friends thoroughly enjoyed their simple but fresh sandwiches. Although the biscotti and cookies in the warming box looked large, freshly made and delicious, the size of your face chocolate chip cookie next to the cash register tasted a few days old and chalky. Overall, a cute lil’ café in this quaint town for a fresh café style lunch. Check in on your Unilocal app for 10% off!

Stopped here this morning while wandering around Uptown Kingston and this place is exactly what I would expect from a coffeehouse here in the Catskills. We walked in the door and the owner greeted us immediately as did another worker behind the counter. My wife and I were only there for a quick coffee to check the place out, but the biscotti looked so good we had to try one. Everone was VERY nice, VERY happy, and VERY helpful. The coffee was delicious, the biscotti was pretty good too. They actually have a decent looking little menu… I wish I hadnt eaten breakfast already. We’re SURE to come back to Dominick’s the next time we’re up in Kingston.

How has this place never been reviewed? The Kingston folks need to get after it. For being a traditional coffee, sandwich, sweets café that seems to be going for nothing special in its execution, Dominic’s is pretty special. They change up their sides and sweets every day, and seeing them wrapped in Saran wrap, hanging out in the display cases, our eyes grew far larger than our stomachs. We ordered a turkey sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich, a Boylan soda, a bowl of turkey chili, beet salad, potato salad and a brownie. It all came to about $ 28 after tax. None of the flavors were out of the ordinary, but everything was hearty and good. The brownie was delicious — moist and fudgy(wish I had one in hand right now). The space is so cute — exposed brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings; and the folks who work there are really nice. The café is part of a little complex called Dream Weavers Style and Health Center, which includes Dominick’s, a spa/salon and a little gym. You don’t have to be a member of the health club to go to the café, though.
