Although I don’t come in here very often, when I do, I’m usually get a bagel. Formerly a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins combined location and formerly this location was three doors south, this location is fairly new. When they had the Baskin Robbins, service here was okay. But now things have gotten worse. Lately, I’ve been getting things toasted that shouldn’t have been, along with the wrong types of cream cheese ordered as other types. It’s just amazing that nothing can go out the door correctly at this location. It’s not so much that the employees serving food are young, it’s that behind the register faces are inexperienced«cooks» making the orders and not reading carefully what was ordered. I sometimes have ordered an unsweet iced tea and ended up with a sweetened one. On separate occasions recently, I’ve also went to the drive-up window, and the experiences continue with no difference. We were physically able to watch a manager do something for our order, and one of her employees had to tell her that we saw her do something rather rude. Take the time and read things straight. For right now, I won’t be back. I’ll try again in a few years.

Want an apple fritter? Forget it. Want a fresh hot donut? Forget that too. D&D now cooks their donuts off site and trucks them to the stores. Limited selection. At least their coffee is brewed fresh. Very disappointed.

The only reason I come to a Dunkin Donuts is to not get donuts, but to get coffee. Their coffee is alright, but I think I can find cheaper coffee for a small…
