Although I don’t tend to head into this location very often following their initial creation of this building a few years ago, I do tend to come in and order and eat here on occasion. My last time was a few weeks ago(Saturday of Labor Day weekend). Although most often times when I go in, service is ridiculously slow or my order gets messed up, this occasion wasn’t like that. The line moved pretty quickly, as I was one of the few people in the establishment waiting for my order, having followed another person’s order shortly therafter her. The ordering process was simple too, and it didn’t take too long for them to respond to the person ahead of me, along with myself in that order. Both processes got me in and out of the line in about 10 minutes. It took some time for them to make and toast my bagel and cream cheese. The only problem I saw was that even after telling them I wanted a PLAIN bagel, the register receipt said«Garlic bagel», and although I never did get stomach pains from the suspected garlic that I would have(I have irritable bowel syndrome, and garlic is a trigger point), the one hint that the bagel wasn’t right was a slight tinge of garlic that, to the untrained nose would have been picked up as plain. It wasn’t too bad, and by the time I noticed their mistake was when the bagel was half to ¾ gone, so there was no point in returning it! I’ll try again in a few months, but for now, I’ll sit back and relax.

The girl who took our order had to repeat about 3 times before she got it right and it was only 2 of us. But at least she made sure it was right.
