When my washing machine broke the other day, I tried going around to several different places. But all of a sudden, I got thinking about this place. I hadn’t tried them before, but I guessed I would this time. I don’t normally think about local shops that don’t have much nationwide attention. And although this place seemed to have a good deal, things just didn’t look/​sound right, and I know I hadn’t checked the internet for another deal.
However, my experience here was so-​so. Although the repairman was at the store, who was able to sort of decipher if my repair was a possible replacement or just a fix, I decided to check other places and found what I needed.
The floors were clean and the rest of the store was organized, and even though some machines were higher priced, the only thing I can seriously say was a negative was the fact that there was little room to walk around from within the aisles of the store.
Upon discussing with the salesperson, although he obliged to when we told him we had to leave, he did try to show us machines that really didn’t suit us best. We talked things through, and he narrowed down the search, but the technology these days forced us to walk out the door empty-​handed.
I’ll think about you, but for now, don’t expect miracles from my experience to walk into your store again, as I don’t have much need to enter your store for many/​any appliences. If someone asks for a supplementary store, I’ll mention it, but I guess right now, I’d like to say just «good bye».

Miserable service, incompetent staff. Stay far away!
I ordered a Whirlpool freezer & it came with a damaged door. Feiden ordered 3 more doors — all were either the wrong door, or damaged even more. Huge waste of time, effort and money.
I’ll never buy there again.
