Yesterdays one shopping experience was a complete disaster. I went in their looking for pants, but the biggest size wasn’t even close to big enough for me(I’m sorry to say that I’m genrally a size 50 pants, but have been slimming down), but the size 42 cargo pants just weren’t thrilling me. With most people’s waistlines increasing, you’d think that this store would carry a «big and tall» section, but that appears to not be the case. Yes, employees were nearby to help, but did they ever come over to me asking me if I needed help? No. No employee ever since«Do you need anything sir?» or «Is there anything I can help you with?»(a common question most employees who work retail must have heard before) which this employee didn’t seem to learn. Although I’ll give this employee the fact that it was Friday, but the fact that it was Firday, doesn’t give him much right not to ask if anybody needs help. They lost my sale.
