My daughter dropped off a guitar there at the end of September for some repair. She had a hard time coming up with the cash to pay for it and the guitar ended up sitting at the store till the beginning of this month. When we went to pick it up the store smelled of cigarettes and the owner was sitting at the counter loudly complaining to a young woman leaning against the glass. We inquired abt the guitar. He had no idea what we were talking about. When he got up to look, he hit his head on a hanging guitar and swore hard and did not apologize. We noticed that a lot of guitars were out of cases and leaning against each other in scattered piles. Our guitar had come in a case, but when he finally dug it out, it was no longer encased. And then he couldn’t find the case! Finally he found a case and informed us, «I don’t know if this is the right one, but it is now.» When he finally rung us up, it was $ 15 over the original estimate. The place had a really scuzzy feel and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Not a repeat customer.

Friendly staff My husband and I take piano lessons here. They are great and friendly. Carolyn is very sweet and full of patience. The piano is slightly out of tune but it adds to the fun of the lesson. Half hour lesson for $ 25 and I come out feeling like I learned something and not frustrated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice spot. A few too many low-end musical instruments for my liking(not a fan of Ibanez), but they have some decent deals on stuff. Took a guitar to them awhile back and they did an excellent job fixing it up, though that guitar tech has since moved on.
